Hi, I was gonna share this as divx, but I couldn't get the audio/video in synch, so I've decided to share the original dvd. It was filmed on a handheld (rather well, clear enough from start to finish) at the Dutch Queen Convention, Vlaardingen, 16th October 2004. Jeff Scott Soto and his band, where joined by Valensia who was playing for the first time in many years. They performed a wide range of Queen hits, quite like the 2003 Queen Convention in Wales. Very enjoyable little concert, with excellent audio. I'm a big fan of Valensia's and it was nice to see him perform live. Hi Flush Gurdun, thanks for sharing this DVD here. The parts from the left side near the stage was filmed by my husband and the parts from the right slighly farther away was filmed by Dutch Queen fan Maaike, I think she is not on Queenzone. It was a very enjoyable concert with probably the friendliest artists I ever saw. Mainly Valensia spent over an hour with his fans after the concert. The band was British cover band Queen Rocks. |

Valensia is great. Gaia is a fantastic song, as is Phantom Of The Opera (not the musical). I recommend anyone who hasn't listened to him to get hold of some of his albums... his queen tribute album is very well done, different to the identical covers versions you normally find. |

Why don't you ask YourValentine, who put the dvd together. I'm guessing you are Maaike. YourValentine, as she has said in this thread has used two different sets of footage... maybe No One But You wasn't able to be edited for some reason. Thanks anyway for filming this. |

There were 4 users who recieved the full file, all between 12.30 - 1.00pm UK time, but sadly 2 of them jumped off within half an hour of receiving the full dvd. I have kept their IP addresess, so as to block them in the future. (The old Sharing The Groove site used to let you name and shame IPs who failed to seed, but I wont be so nasty, as there is a chance they may return). |

Maaike's material is excellent. JS Soto sang NOBY, it was an encore and I had run out of battery. Maaike also has parts of Bohemian Rhapsody by JSS and Valensia. I always wanted to make 1 DVD from all the stuff but somehow never got to it and forgot. I did not speak to Valensia but I could have, he readily spoke to his fans after the concert. I think Pim had a longer conversation with him followed by a later correspondence. Jeroen, the German fans will love your Mayqueen DVD! |
