(I also placed this in the request section, don't know what is more suitable...)
Hello QZoners...
I am proudly preparing a Queen Tribute in my hometown. Apparently, my fame as the Queen Authority around here precedes me. LOL
I was wondering, by any chance, if any of you know where can I find a FREE SHEET of MUSIC for the Choir part of Bohemian Rhapsody (intro and opera section, that is), or..
..even better if someone around here has that particular sheet of music.
Many Answers appreciated!!
Thank You very much!!! :)
No, actually I am searching for the sheet music, I mean the vocal's musical score, arranged for CHOIR.
I already have the piano part, but since I found a whole chorus that are interested in helping me, I need the CHOIR section.
Thank you.
I wish I could help but I don't know really wher you could find this...might be hard.
Maybe posting on serious discussion, some people there are plentiful of knowledge about any Queen issue.
;)
At one time I had the GH 1 and GH 2 books containing full score. I think they're out of print now but are probably easy to find on Ebay or Amazon. But you're not gonna be able to get them for free, I can guarantee that.

that includes all the music, and intro and opera section
is it usefull for you?
if it is, just let me know and i'll upload it

Do you need the vocal arrangements in SAB? SATB? SSATB?
I found a really lovely arrangement for you. It takes out the "mama, just killed a man" and goes to "mama, my time has come (that's how the words are)" But the operatic bit is beyond brilliant. link

No, I don't think those are the same ones. Those in the link are either guitar tabs or piano/vocal/guitar. The books I'm talking about included every single instrumental part of each song, including all vocals (melody and harmony).
The MPA is constantly discontinuing and either making or keeping scores unavailable, and then they complain when people distribute free transcriptions of their own.
