a Queensong. Lyrics, Sound, Length.. anything! Can't wait to see what you guys and girls come u with! :) |

Length - of all Brian's live guitar solos (except LK version perhaps) a.k.a. "Brighton Rock solo" |
| turini 23.12.2005 10:34 |
make bohemian 10000 minutes long |
| flash! 28068 23.12.2005 11:25 |
yeh, Brians 'Brighton rock' solo was fab but it could of easily sent some of the audience to sleep... |
| @ndy38 23.12.2005 11:30 |
Make 'I Can't Live With You' a bit shorter, it drags on too much at the end. Make Nevermore have a guitar solo and a bit longer, but then again, maybe not because it's a brilliant song the way it is. Make the whole climatic rock bit in The Miracle a bit more cleaner, i find it's far too messy, as it would lead to the final part (that time will come, one day you'll see....) a bit more effectively. |

I would giveThank God Its Christmas different Xmas lyrics. |

if only get down make love lasted longer? |
| M a t i a s M a y 23.12.2005 19:04 |
I would change Body Language by not writing it. :) |

I'd make 'A Winter's Tale' longer. |
| Champipple 23.12.2005 21:40 |
Id "rock up" Staying Power so it sounds closer to the live version. Id add the intro to ADATR to every Queen album (it's so freakin cool) Id add "Let's Go Crazy" to The Works and shorten "Machines" and make it just an intro. Every album would have at least one song that ends with an explosion. Definitely One Vision needs one after the fried chicken line... (gimme gimme fried chicken.... BOOOOOMM!!!) Id' move White Queen onto side Black and move Funny How Love Is to side white. I'd remove the sappy ending to "The Miracle" and end with the Brian May solo. I'll try to think of some more... |
| not that bad 23.12.2005 22:51 |
i would have taken the live verion of akom on the album |
| Mr.Jingles 23.12.2005 23:29 |
OH GOD!! I SURE HAVE AN ANSWER FOR THAT ONE!! Get rid of those stupid synths on "Play The Game". What kind of fuckin' Pac-Man arcade sounds are those? Someone should have told Queen not to hire Mack as a producer. He nearly fucked up the whole song. |
| Shane Jazz 23.12.2005 23:31 |
I would definitely make Love Makin' Love a full fledged Queen song, complete with BHM guitar solo and RMT backing vocals. |
| Zander05 24.12.2005 00:49 |
I would have given Queen more time and money to make NOTW and try to make it sound fuller and a little less rushed. |
| Munchsack 24.12.2005 06:16 |
There are quite a few I can think of... I would also make Staying Power more like the LATB version Take some of the "Go Ons" off the end of TSMGO. Make the bassline on Under Pressure louder. Make Tenement Funster & Modern Times Rock N' Roll longer. Some more'll come to me, I'm sure... |
| Lord Fickle 24.12.2005 07:02 |
Extend Sperad Your Wings with a fast section, as on BBC Sessions version. Un-write the whole of Hot Space, with the exception of Under Pressure. Take the 'Now I Knows' out of Prophet's Song. Make Sweet Lady faster, like live version Give March Of The Black Queen a stand alone ending. Release a live CD of every tour. |
| Asterik 24.12.2005 07:41 |
I would make I Can't Live With You a bit heavier by placing the guitar much higher in the mix, I would remove the synths from One Vision and again bring the guitar a bit further forward. Perhpas, I would quicken Death On Two Legs just a tad to make it sound even more acidic and remove the horrid piano bit from All God's people. |
| Fraz 24.12.2005 11:13 |
i wouldn't change anything, although it would be interesting:) |
| shanemcd 24.12.2005 11:25 |
The 'Kind of a Kind of Magic' Guitar solo should have been incorporated into the original. |
| beautifulsoup 25.12.2005 00:37 |
Make these three songs longer: 1. Nevermore <--- and also in a slower tempo! 2. Dear Friends 3. A Winter's Tale Change that crappy "instrumental" in "Action This Day" to something else - *anything* else. Better yet, just leave it out. "Seven Seas of Rhye" - it's too out of tune for my taste. |
| stateside fan 25.12.2005 01:41 |
i would have hid the final master tape of "delilah" from all the powers that be,leaving it off one of the great Queen albums. |
| Mr. Barcelona 25.12.2005 05:39 |
man, you people love getting on "dililah" I could name a few worse songs queen did. I would leave off the horrible "more of that jazz" and finish the album with "don't stop me now" and on queen2, I would replace "loser in the end" with a more polished version of "see what a fool i'v been" also "body language" though not as horrible as people say, it shouldn't have been released as a single. |
| bitesthedust 25.12.2005 14:40 |
I would have recorded White Queen as per the live version/bbc version with the guitar solo....We Will Rock You (fast) would have made Made In Heaven, along with I Go Crazy (instead of My Life Has Been Saved)....It would have been interesting to have heard the original idea for the opening line on Las Palabras De Amor on Hot Space, too. |

1. Lower the chorus of TSMGoOn, about 4 keys. I hate the way he screams on it. 2.Remove the scary/epic keyboards begining on the same song. 3.Remove the opera part of BORAP, and place a synth -solo intead. 4.Erase the guitar solo from TATDOULives, and place a bit of rap from Vanila -Ice. 5.Make scandal a balad with an acoustic guitar and Brian on Vocals.Perhaps some maracas would be nice on this one. 6.Make Innundo less epic, shorter, more pop-based and give it a reggae feeling on the beat. 7.Make those wondefull cats 'meaaaaws"of Delilah a basic theme for all the Innuendo album.Bits of 'meaaaaws'in every song when you list expect it. ( for exaple...instead of "I still love you" , in the ending of TATDOULives, Freddie giving a high piched long lasting meaaaaaw, like a freaking cat...a bliss!) 8.Make Freddie straight. Make him a REAL MAN. |

have the end of radio ga ga extended... *guitar piece near the end* "you've had the time youv had the power..." "all we hear is radio ga ga radio goo goo radio ga ga all we hear is radio ga ga radio goo goo radio ga ga... all we hear is radio ga ga radio blah blah" only instead of that bit being just drums its everything, similar to the live version only its repeated, would love to hear how that sounds! |

I want the song "Staying Power" to be longer. |

Make him a REAL MAN.Lol! please tell me that's a joke! No, seriously, I would shorten some of Brian's solos, find them too long or inapropiate sometimes on some of the 70s songs, but maybe I wouldn't because Brian's sound is one of the trade marks that make a Queen song. I would make Scandal a little heavier. And Body language more of a sexy trio between Freddie, Bri and Rog. (musically speaking, of course) Oh, and I would add more "shes" and "hers" to Freddie's lyrics...almost disappear from the early eighties on...., he just says baby, wonder why?;) |

I wish "Is this the World We Created" were longer somehow...either with a bridge, or a verse of just guitar solo, or an extra verse of text. And "Love of My Life" - I'd like an acoustic guitar version, in that lower key, but not a live peformance; studio, just Freddie and Brian. <<<dodges tomatoes>> |
| Rik&Roll 10.01.2006 05:55 |
Drastically cut in the multitracksection of The Prophet´s Song Come up with a better chorus for Sweet Lady Enhance Don´t stop me now with a screaming and roaring Red Special |
| zaiga 10.01.2006 06:11 |
Put Human Body on the game, instead of Coming Soon. Replace the synth-sax in Action This Day with a rip-roaring guitar solo. Speaking of rip-roaring, let the ending of Man Of Prowl fade away, instead of being cut. Replace the sax solo in One Year Of Love with a piano solo, or a guitar solo. Put I Go Crazy on The Works album. Put less synthesizer and gimmicks on the Made In Heaven album. It's overproduced! Remove the ending of You Take My Breath Away. Put Silver Salmon on Queen I, instead of Jesus, OR used the De Lane Lea take of Jesus. Change the order of tracks on The Miracle. Don't start with Party, but with something more catchy, perhaps Breakthru. Change the production on "Don't Lose Your Head". Make it less synthy, and more a rock tune. Remove those "spacey" horns from Staying Power, and add real basslines instead of synths (this goes for some other tracks on Hot Space too). Increase the mixing volume of Under Pressure. It's too soft when compared to the rest of the tracks on Hot Space, which makes it sound like it doesn't belong on the album. Less synths on I Can't Live With You, and more guitars! |

1. The abrupt ending on the studio version of Sheer Heart Attack with the ending from Live Killers. Ditto for Man On The Prowl, which I'd then remove from Works and substitute it with I Go Crazy. 2. Totally remove the synthesizers from I Want It All (e.g. chorus). Sounds like mid-80s hair metal synthesizers... 3. The ending of '39 (after the last verse, where it suddenly turns to stereo from mono) to stereo all the way. 4. I'd add real piano (not synths) and real strings to TMLWKY and a number of other songs. That's all that springs to mind for now. |
