As far as I know, Freddie liked movies (not as much as ballet or opera) and his favourite movies were ones that starred Liz Taylor, Liza Minelli, etc. His absolute favourite was one from the 30's or 40's but I can't remember the title.
Did it mention his favourite film on the 2nd version of the Killer Queen video ? ... I have a sneaky suspicion when they mentioning everyones favourite drinks etc, it mentioned films too !
On the Killer Queen vid on Greatest Flix (like you said), it says it's Some Like It Hot. Then again, it also says Roger's birthday is the 20th of July.

There's a funny story in Jim Hutton's book about the two of them going to see Indiana Jones at a theater in New York City, and the reactions of some of the people therein.
Also, I think it said "Imitation of Life" was one of his favorites.
I thought it was David Does Dallas. I had to laugh about the Neverending Story though. I thought for a moment he'd have sat down, saw the title come on and walked out in a huff saying "I don't have time for a neverending story - how the fuck do they expect to show this movie more than once?"
