| Suigi 17.12.2005 01:37 |
Have any concerts been completely sold out yet, or am I just a little too excited? |
| stateside fan 17.12.2005 16:25 |

| gr8kingrat 18.12.2005 18:57 |
ahh, i see I wonder how the Chicago and Milwaukee sales are going.... |
| Deacons 1st Choice 18.12.2005 19:30 |
Ummm.....was't the NJ and LA show also noted as being "sold out" shortly after tickets went on sale, and then it came to light in the weeks before the gig better seats were released and availible? I seriously doubt any of these shows will "sell out". If the two one-offs in Jersey and LA did'nt sell out, none of these will either. What does it matter anyway? They are coming and that alone rocks! They already know they are a hot property here and we love em'! :) |
| stateside fan 18.12.2005 19:46 |
Deacons choice-here what happens.the tics that became available at last second were held for promoters, the band ect.most shows this is the case.the can release them back anytime.the NJ was a sellout.LA was just short.they will sell out in over half of these venues.they have sold a ton of seats with limited promotion already.when the local promoters see whats left a monthe before the shows-they will spend more to promote to see the rest |
| stateside fan 18.12.2005 19:47 |
also go to ticketmaster site, click washington dc show-try to get good seats.you wont!also the cheapies(38.00)are all gone.those are top rung.thats a sign venue will sell out |
| Sportzfan76 18.12.2005 20:05 |
If they put 12,000 butts in a building that seats 14K - Roger and Brian will be more than happy ! |

I really think this is a sign that Q+PR has arrived. This tour is NOT going to bomb! :D |

I hope Chicago doesn't sell out until after the 30th, cos I can't buy my tickets until then... |
| stateside fan 22.12.2005 22:09 |
Good Luck Mrs James.Let me know if you want us to get seats now and you can send check much closer to date-john |

I am ready, I got tickets to Miami and Jacksonville, after seeign them in NJ I was not going to pass it up. The Miami looks like the lower section only has side view seats, look forward to seeing the first show of the tour. |

<font color=purple>Miss James wrote: I hope Chicago doesn't sell out until after the 30th, cos I can't buy my tickets until then...There are plenty of seats still available in the first risers, which is where we got our seats. I would actually rather be there than on the floor, that is, unless we would've been able to obtain seats within the first few rows. Doesn't really matter to me if Chicago sells out or not. I'm driving 9 hours (from MO) to see this show and I honestly would not care if my friends and I were the only people there. |

<font color=purple>Miss James wrote: I hope Chicago doesn't sell out until after the 30th, cos I can't buy my tickets until then...I have extra tix for Chicago on the floor. You can email me at ckensingtn@aol.com if interested. |

Just checked out Chicago at ticketmaster.com and it seems the upper level is sold out (it's not even an option to search for) and "any price, best available" keeps showing 2 tickets (which would be what I need) on the lower level but near the back of the place(!) Single tickets can be found here and there but that won't help me at all. I was trying to save up money for the show but it's looking like I'm gonna be too late. |
| PieterMC 29.12.2005 15:54 |
I am sure that tickets will become available again closer to the date of the show. Keep checking ticketmaster. |
| stateside fan 29.12.2005 22:01 |
this is happeneing alot when the upper bowl cheaper seats are selling out quicker then the lower bowl.(gee boys think the prices were a bit steep?).again for those who predicted this would bomb i would hate to see your stock markey portfolios. |

It does seem that the tour is doing better than expected. |

Michael Allred wrote: It does seem that the tour is doing better than expected. And this is without really that much push yet. Things can heat up in the next few months. Let's say they use most of their promotional dollars late Jan/early Feb. This also makes it clear why they are using the brand name. Whether you agree with them using the name Queen or not, there's no way a band called May, Rodgers, and Taylor(or whatever) could pull this off. |

VH1 Classic seems to be advertising the tour fairly heavly now which is pretty cool. |
| The Stealer 30.12.2005 15:36 |
Just Checked Milwaukee-Bradley center 2/3 full is my estimate-back of venue remain |

Well I'm officially going to the Chicago concert, I should get my tix next week. While the seats aren't where I had wanted them to be (that's what you get when you wait) at least it's on the lower level (section 113) so maybe I'll see some of ya there! I'm not sure how the stage will look from my seats having never been to AllState Arena before but hopefully it won't be too bad. |

It appears Nassau Coliseum is very sluggish. There are still many $85.00 seats and some $125 seats. Where are all the NY/LI fans? |
| stateside fan 01.01.2006 20:41 |
why they chose this place is beyond me.Could not support basketball, does not support hockey and building is cold and dank.bad choice |
| bmayfan61 05.01.2006 23:27 |
As of 10 minutes ago, Ticketmaster had 2 tix for Philly, section 103 (floor, stage left) row 13, seats 1 and 2 (probably right next to catwalk). If you got $425, they're probably still available. Can't understand price discrepancies - $200 for best seats at Spectrum, and $128 for the same in NY (Nassau Coliseum). Artist Arena also has similar seats for Philly, and 23rd row floor for Uniondale. Would love to go again (went to NJ show), but I have to feed the family that month. |
| dfacc 06.01.2006 15:47 |
hmm, looks like the Chicago show is selling pretty well. It seems that only the $85 and $65 tickets are left. |
| Regor 13.02.2006 06:39 |
Any news on the ticket sales ? My overall impression after reading this and the other threads is, that about half of the tour will be near sell-outs, and the other half ist still struggling. It's mid-february now, what about the promotion ? |
