I attended a Kaizers Orchestra concert in november. The frontman stagedived at one point. And last week a Mira Craig had an unsucsessfull stagedive were she hit the concrete without anyone catching her. You can see it here: link (Ouch ouch ouch)
But to the question. I have never seen Freddie Stagedive. has it ever happened and where?

That is funny. Serves her right for the racket she was howling out.
What a bizarre question. Stagediving was relatively univented in 1986. ANy that was going on was only in very heavy metal circles.
I've heard that people have murdered others too - are you going to ask if Freddie ever did that?
if you carefully note, Freddie usually performmed on a comparitively higher platform, if he jumped down, the pressure on his rib-waist-torso region would increase a lot hence making it more like tackling the audience or something. Moreover, Freddie had a great voice & a lot of talent to win the love of the audience, he didn't need to smash himself onto people to become more popular

Good thing he didn't, very dangerous.
Agree. Alot of artists have been seriously injured stage diving.
I have no clue who or why anyone ever thought up both stage diving and moshing, oh and slam dancing too.
All dangerous and I don't see how one feels they are physically expressing the music and rhythm, stooping to dangerous physical stunts.
What happened to good old fashioned dancing?
Man, Jay dude... ur friggin lucky...
I have stage-dived once...
this asshole audience member grabbed my prick (I don't know by mistake or not) & passed me, but I lost balance & fell down grabbing my crouch...
It is said to be a highlight of music disasters in Bombay
