Short of spending $200 a ticket, I don't believe there is anyway I could have got better tickets for this show. |

PieterMC wrote: Short of spending $200 a ticket, I don't believe there is anyway I could have got better tickets for this show.Great to hear!!! Right... go and give "Brian & Rog´s Revival Band" what they truly deserve... No pre-chewed "hot dawgs" this time? PS: Anyway... hope to meet ya Pieter & Erin and Fred at the "Horizon" and/or the Bradley Center next year... those ticket prices just indicate a special "Return of the Champion" to me !!!:-) PPS: Here is Brian´s opinion about "makin money": link **Tue 29 Nov 05** USA TICKETS In reply to a couple of mail where people unhappy [see LETTERS].... among the notes of delight at the US tour -- Brian wrote... Well, I sympathise, guys, but I know our tickets are nowhere near as expensive as the Stones, or Elton, or whatever (they COULD be ! ). PEOPLE ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO BUY THESE THINGS ! We've made a decision to work indoors rather than outdoors, so that the fans get a better show. Most bands elect to go out and do the "sheds" in the Summer to make money. This is about doing the maximum show that is possible, in arenas which are conducive to a show of the magnitude of ours. Of course the capacities are less this way, so ticket prices will be higher ... but, sound-wise, view-wise, and show-wise. I'll personally guarantee it will be worth it ! Look, I don't personally get deeply into the money side of things ... we basically take the advice of each local promoter, to make the shows economic. I'm much more interested in WHAT WE CAN DO, as musicians, and entertainers. So, I'm afraid, if anyone's unhappy about the arrangements, I'm not really the man to get into it. I do have a trust in our partners, though. It seems there are always complaints when the tickets go on sale. All I can say is we don't get many complaints AFTER the shows !! Cheers Bri |

I should clarify that getting good seats through Artist Arena in no way, shape or form changes my opinion that they suck ass :-) |

Pieter, do you live in the Chicago area? I assme I have to wait until the 3rd to buy tickets as I live in MI. |

I got my Chicago tickets too! Section 110 row AA!! hmmm, i wonder if I should go to the Milwaukee show on the 27th... |
KRKillerQueen 01.12.2005 18:12 |
Did anyone else notice that the good seats were the less expensive ones? Floor seats were $125 and the tiered seats were $200. By the time I figured it out I would have ended up with seats way back, so I'm holding out for the ticketmaster presale and then go from there. Did manage to get 2nd row, center section for Milwaukee, though :-) |

Too many heads for me to look over anyway. |

And yeah, I'm too short to look over that many rows of heads. Besides, it's always my luck that some 6'4" guy who could care less about the show would be right in front of me - at least that's what happened in NJ. I think I'll hold out for better seats on ebay as the show gets closer :-) |

I will be in Section 101 Row EE (fifth row from floor). Basically, I will be in a corner just outside the other end of the floor. This is my x-mas present (I do not really want anything else). Spring seems so far away. |

link The above link is to an slightly ineractive seating chart that shows your view from your seat and also show alittle bit what All State arena is like. |

I was at the Allstate Arena in October. It is a pretty nice arena. Granted, I was on the floor in the third section, so I am sure my view won't be as good this time around... |

I was hoping for a St. Louis or KC show, or even Memphis.... Anyway, apoligies in advance if this has already been asked but I couldn't find it. Just purchased tix for the Chicago show and I was wondering, will the stage set up for the North American shows be similar to the European shows? |
