I don't know what rules are applied on here but on Dime A Dozen they do not allow recordings of officially released concerts even if it is from a different source - it is the same concert so it is not allowed.
When Imagine from Hyde Park was first posted on here it will have been fine as at that time it wasn't planned to be released but now it is on ROTC dvds, it is no longer ok.

and ITS NOT OFFICIAL VER!
hey,no problem
the question is:
is an audience recording from an officially release show allowed or not??
Offcourse they are allowed. There are also audience recordings of Milton Keynes and Wembley'86. Those audience recordings are not officially released, only the soundboard versions.

I wouldn't be too sure about that. As said a few posts ago, it's not allowed to upload these kind of shows on dimeadozen. Just to stay on the save side, and avoid being shut down I suppose. But I think that this is up to the webmaster in this case.
If I put camcorder front of my TV set when Live at Wembley '86 concert is showing there and then I'll upload this tape somewhere - is is official or not? Answer is obvious for me! Another example: missing tracks or cuts from Sheffield can be upload - audience or soundboard recording - no matter, but rest of the tracks - no. If over 90% of a concert was officially released, it can't be shared in full audience recording. It's my own opinion only!

Well your camcorder thing in front of the TV is from an officiall source, but an audience recording is not, I think QZ should allow us to share audience recordings of officiall soundboard releases.

Aha... So you want to say that audience recording of show is allowed by an artist? I really don't think so...
