Take That, minus Robbie Williams, is reuniting for a tour in Britain and Ireland.
Gary Barlow, Howard Donald, Jason Orange and Mark Owen have scheduled 11 dates beginning April 24 in Newcastle, they announced Friday.
The four bandmates last performed together in London on Aug. 31, 1995, a month after Williams left.
Other dates are Birmingham on April 27-28, Glasgow on April 30, Sheffield on May 2, Manchester on May 5-6, London on May 8-9, Dublin on May 12 and Belfast on May 14.
Take That's hits include "Pray," "Relight My Fire" and "Sure."
I was at rehearsals lastnight and we were discussing new songs to learn...out bassist suggesting Let Me Entertain You by Robbie....then I said that tickets were going on sale for Take That on fri and Ill be going.....trust me to open my gob, I got hammered for the rest of the night. Gary Barlow is a bloody fantastic musician and songwriter.
Yeah i read about that plus its all over the telly hahaha good for them i hope Robbie dont try coming along and joining the fun.
He sooo "popular" now so why does he need them.
I have read alot about their reunion (minus Robbie) too.
Robbie's main reason for not reuniting with them of course is that he's a successful solo artist, but also, ...
...Robbie has said MANY times that when he was in Take That, that Gary Barlow treated him like S**t and would not ALLOW Robbie to write any songs or have any creative input/contributions to the group.
