Wow... my brother had the Avenue Q soundtrack for a year, and I never listened to it until a few days ago.
This is probably one of the funniest things I have ever listened to. I feel a new obsession coming on (what is it with me and musicals?).
Also, I'm totally in love with John Tartaglia, the original Princeton and original Rod.
I'm so excited, because I might get to go see it in New York during spring break!!! (but John Tartaglia isn't in it anymore... I think he's now in the Las Vegas production :( *shakes fist*)
Favorite song... "My Girlfriend, Who Lives In Canada." Although, "If You Were Gay" and "Everyone's A Little Bit Racist" are close seconds.
I have seen and heard alot of it on last year's Tony Awards (where it won a bunch of awards) and on tlak shows like The Today Show.
It's hilarious, especially the one song where all the puppets complain and diss their bosses, their landlords, how their lives suck!
