I don't think i've reached the thousands stage lol, but i've definitley spent quite a few hundred pounds.
And it definitley has been worth it....
Most treasured thing? I don't really know, i don't have anything signed...ummm....Greatest Hits 2 album maybe cause it's the first Queen album i ever got.
Thousands (USD)... Including autographs, remasters, tickets to the gigs, books, NATO collector's edition, fan club membership, etc. etc. etc.
Most treasured: The Cross' Liar single, Queen at the BBC poster with Brian's autograph ("To Sergey! yo Brian"), YDFM Australian single, Roger's handshaking, password for my login on QZ ;)
money....I'd guess at nearly £500-£1000, I couldn't tell exactly....albums and cassettes, videos, dvds and cd-singles mount up in time. I paid £150 alone for Box Of Trix....
Most treasured item(s) are my 3" CD Singles...
In my case, I would guess that I have spent about $3,500 dollars on Queen.
Expenses include:
4 Queen conventions ($2,000 total once you include plane tickets, hotel, etc.)
every album they have ever put out ($400)
books, posters, videos ($200)
going to see the "We Will Rock You" musical ($500)
clothes ($80)
various charity donations in Queen's name ($400)
too much ;-)
When i was 14 y/o i used to save all my money for about 6 moths and spent it all on queen items at the record fair in Utrecht.
I did that for about 3 or 4 years...
Also recently this tour did cost me a lot of money... but what the f*ck... it was woth it!
Are you kidding me?
I've been selling crack for years so I can buy rare Queen memoribilia. I even considered becoming a male gay prostitute just to afford the $600 VIP package for the last show in NJ.
Good thing I did not have to sell my body, because apparently they gave people a bunch of shit that wasn't even worth $200, and while many held their hopes of meeting the band backstage turned out to be that they just brought them to some room to have tea and cookies and talk to others who have been ripped-off as well.

LMAO - why a gay prostitute?
Actually we got to sing a song with the band on stage but we had to sign an agreement that we would not tell anybody about it.
Probably a thousand - mostly from eBay, including postage from the U.K. It's the best money I ever spent - I enjoy Queen enormously. My favorite item is my Queen banner - see picture profile.
