If I'm not mistaken, she is saying something like 'oh, I've always wanted to be...' maybe somebody vomitous recorded at a queen aftershow party and put there on purpose...just to tell you that the price of fame is meeting people like that.

She says: 'Oh, I've always wanted to be a groupie.' That's what I hear anyway.
The voice at the beginning of Brighton Rock when its like "Happy lil day Jimmy went away.."
that one??
Thats Fred's voice, higher pitched, possibly did something with the tape

and says "I miss my......"
groupies aren't mentioned
I'm absolutely sure a female voice says: "I always wanted to be a groupie!"
Hey where's my backstage-pass?
Good grace, what an outragious costume!
That Brian May, he's outta sight man
Not many, not many
I always wanted to be a groupie
I can give you lessons
I have another question about this song, and I know, impressive topic digging:
According to Ultimate Queen:
Let Me Entertain You
Details of the released version can be found on the 'Jazz' album page.
Alternate Ending
This version is almost identical to the album version, the only changes are that it has a 'live' drum track, and an alternative ending. Where the normal version ends, this track continues with more undecipherable dialogue, then a singalong chorus of 'we are the champions, we are the champions, no time for losers 'cos we are the champions', which extends the track by approximately 19 seconds. Length 3:20.
Does anyone have this? Can't seem to find it anywhere. Thanks in advance.

Nah, it's just his falsetto, double tracked if I remember correctly. No editing there.

There's also a bit of guitar feedback at 1:53 that isn't on the album version, and the trill at 2:27 goes on for another five seconds. So it's clear that this mix was late in the game, but further work was done - including, unfortunately, the drum sound.
The drums sound killer even on this crappy sounding convention recording. The Jazz album might have the worst drum sound ever to be heard on a rock album. It's horrifically bad.
I have to say until I saw this thread bumped forward from 10 years ago, I always thought & I'm talking from 1983 when I first bought Jazz, that the line was "I've always wanted to be in the movies". Learn something new every day.
