So, who here saw The Passion? *raises hand* And who was scarred for life by it? *raises hand* |

Not me, but I've seen "Passions" a couple of times..;-) |
Yuri 04.11.2005 10:47 |
havent seen it. The year it came out i went to a fundamentalist christian school so it was quite the rage. I wanted to see it for the gore factor... plus it sounded like a cool ocncept... too bad the language thing that everyone thought was so groundbreaking had already been done in older art films like Sebastiane |

I saw it and found it very disturbing but it not enough to be scarred for life. I dont think it needed to be as graphic as it was.It was way to violent! |

I was scarred for life in that it was perhaps one of the worst, most boring things I have ever seen... ...until I watched it to music. Now it is one of my favorite movies. I dare any one of you to watch this movie to Bon Jovi's "Bad Medicine" and not laugh. Trust me. Amazing. I give it five stars and two thumbs up. |

My school rented out three movie theaters and made my school go see that fucking movie. It was the most boring day of my life. The best part was when a monks cell phone went off during the whipping. |

The lady was right next to me and she answered it and talked for awhile. I wanted to stab myself with a rusted spork. They have warnings at the beginning of the film to turn cell phones off, why doesn't anyone listen? |

I won't get into an argument about whether he was not as bad as Bush or worse. The thing that ticks me is how the far left and the far right are responsible for millions of deaths, and to this day they're still claiming that their own sides are fighting for freedom, and how their opossition is ruthless and evil. However Caspar, I do really appreciate that you don't remind us of the birthday of Che Guevara, Karl Marx, or Lenin. I might disagree with some of your opinions, but I do admire that you try not to shove the left wing down our throats by starting annoying threads. I still to remind you once again that it's not right (as Music Man mentioned) to resolve your arguments with Sarajane by bringing personal insults. |
