Dog feces: Police notified a 24-year-old woman in the 1400 block of Henry Avenue that she had to clean up the dog feces in her yard and in the street in front of her house May 5 or she would be issued a citation. South St. Paul (city)
Disorderly conduct: A 39-year-old resident in the 1000 block of Ninth Avenue South called police May 13 after she and her daughter were urinated on during the night. According to the police report, the woman and her daughter were sleeping in a basement apartment when the woman heard a car pull up near her window. A person exited and proceeded to urinate on the window, which was open. The woman was able to identify the man as another tenant of the building, and police issued him a summons in the mail. The woman called police back Monday to have the charges dropped; the man had shown up at the woman's apartment crying and paid to replace her soiled bed sheets.
