What would happen if Queen had never formed? What would happen if I went to Wal-Mart and they didn't have no Queen CDs? Who would be elected in the 2001 Rock n Roll hall of fame? Would the music industry be in turmoil? Does anyone know if Brian May prefers ranch dressing or Thousand Island?

You'd be posting this exact same thread on a Green Day forum.
1) QZ wouldn't exist.
2) Nobody would ever have been exposed to BPP.
3) Nobody would ask, "Where's John Deacon?"
4) Nobody would ask, "When did Freddie find out he had aids?"
5) We wouldn't know that Serry feels that he speaks bad English.
6) We wouldn't have Fatty's funny stories.
7) Q+PR wouldn't be on tour (the poodle would like that).
8) Live Aid would have been boring.
It's too late for me to think anymore. Jump on the band wagon guys - help me out with your own examples of what life without Queen would be like....
I really wonder what kind of music I would've gotten into then. I was listening to whatever top forty crap I found on the radio and not really caring either way about music until I found Queen!
I would have never learned how to make me up (Freddie taught me)
I would have listened to Bowie and Led Zeppelin, beleiving they were the best
Paul Rogders wuold have been triyng to turn Page and Plant into reconstituting Led Zeppelin
Winners of competition of each and every kind would not know what to sing
Videos would be very different
Highlander would have flopped
Freddie would be still there
Nobody would have dressed as a woman in a video
Montserrat caballè....who?
the eighties would be a complete tragedy
Aids wouldn't be so hated and fought as it is now
Bri would be one of the most brilliant astronomers of all time
Rog...cute dentist...isn't he?
John...lovely as ever

If Queen had never formed, I wouldn't care about music. I would also have a lot more money...!

same here ^.^ i wouldnt be the person i am right now...i would have less confidence in myself and i probably wouldnt be as passionate about and making music as i am right now. i can also say that i wouldnt appreciate classic rock as much as i do and i also would not care that much for the world as i do now...wow...
nothing would have happened. if Queen hadn't formed, we wouldn't know that there ever could have been a band called queen...
that didn't make much sense, did it?
I would be $29,831,298 richer (exaggerating), I would have a lot more of a life, I would loooove David Bowie, and I would not bore my friends with useless Queen facts. Oh, and I would get better grades.
Ha, and I wonder why I do this.
Freddie probably wouldn't have died from AIDS.
Freddie still would have sung, but he would not have become quite the sensation he was with the other three. Who knows how his personal life would have developed. He would have appreciated the privacy to pursue relationships without the media's eye. But sadly, he probably would have missed meeting Mary Austen. I wonder if, even without having AIDS, he could have survived long without Mary always at his side. Tragic, that's Freddie. Bloody talented, but so tragic.
Roger would have played around with drums, guitars, etc. until he was about 30, then he would be forced to get a "real job." He probably would have felt lost by this point, not having the drive to go to dental school so late in life. I imagine him (Demetrius is gonna love this one) working at Walmart, or some other department store. He'd still be trying to pork blond lovelies like always. He was always a horndog.
Brian would have been mostly a family man, ever tantalyzed by the idea of making it big in the music industry, but ever caught in a life of missed opportunities. He would have sung and played guitar to his children and then grandchildren, on his porch. Always a dreamer. That is Brian.
John would have lived a life of quiet anonymity until 2002, when he would come seemingly from nowhere to replace John Entwistle of The Who. He then would be led to fame and fortune in that way. Such is the way of John, riding to the top on the coattails of others more talented than he.
I hope the John-elitists will forgive me for that one.
