hi all
please excuse the funny spacing of the letters, I havent quite mastered the Japanese keyboard yet! Im sure theres a button I can press to change the letters to normal, but I cant find it!
My mate Luke and I came to Japan for the tour from Australia, weve both been long TIME readers of queenzone but this is my first post though.
The Tokyo show last night was amazing...oh i fixed the letters somehow!
Anyway on with the review.
We metup with a Japanese queen mate of ours before the show to get our tickets from him, and he gave us the directions to get to Saitama for the show.
We arrived only just before the show as we got delayed on the crazy train system here! Very confusing..and not many speak english here to make things slightly harder if you get lost!
We arrived at the Dome about 10 mins before the show, found our seats and settled in.
It is a very big arena, prob holds 20000 if full, and all but the top tier seemed full, so maybe 12-14000 people there?
The show began as usual but when the curtain fell, brian started playing TYMD and walking backwards a few steps. I guess they hadnt removed the curtain fast enough and Brian got tangled in it and fell backwards! Luckily he was okay and got straight up and kept playing without missing a beat! What a true champion!
We are all glad you were not hurt Brian!
The show continued and I will write the Setlist before I go on.

Thank you, Cam, that was a fantastic review. You saw history tonight, IWBTLY with Bri and Rog, I never thought I would ever see that. Plus, you got to see a very funny Brian moment and what sounds like a devastating version of Teo Torriate. It seems the trade off was Teo Torriate instead of the slow part of Hammer to Fall. A fair trade, all in all.
