ok this might sounds tupid but means abit to me,
the German Railway Museum in Nurnburg, was destroyed in a fire on monday night.
It housed many german steam locomotives including the one of a kind class 45 locomotive, the only one in existance.
18 locomotives were destroyed including the class 45 :(
a sad day for all rail enthusiasts.
i only found out when i was at work today (at a railway) and the pics i seen are nasty. its a shame :(

I think that only works if you have XP. There are also Alt+0252 (ü) Alt+0246 (ö) and Alt+0228 (ä). There are also codes for capitalising those but I haven't got them on me. Bet they'll be somewhere on Google though.
Oh NO!i'm seriously sad about that news
i'm leaving in interrail next week and that museum it's the symbol of a way to live and travel...
"traveller, not tourist"
I live in Nürnberg and I don't really care that much about trains. I understand that some people do though. It's always sad when historical relicts are destroyed.
Just let me add something to the Umlaut discussion: if you are not able to write an Umlaut, just write "ue" for "ü", "oe" for "ö" and "ae" for "ä" and it's also correct.
Train kept 'a rollin'....
