Son of attorney Robert Shapiro is found dead October 14, 2005 LOS ANGELES -- The 24-year-old son of O.J. Simpson defense attorney Robert Shapiro died at a hospital after being found unconscious, and the coroner's office said he had tested positive for amphetamines. Brent Shapiro, a University of Southern California graduate who had just enrolled in law school, died Monday. He was found unconscious the morning before. Officials at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Hospital told the coroner's office that Shapiro had tested positive for the drug, said Lt. David Smith, a coroner's office spokesman. ''It's being considered an accidental death,'' he said. An official ruling on cause of death will be made after toxicology results come back in eight to 10 weeks, Smith said. Robert Shapiro and his office declined to comment. He was a key member of the "dream team'' that successfully defended Simpson against charges that he murdered his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman in 1994. AP |

Okay, let's play this game of posting news about someone or something what no-one knows nor cares about. 17.10.2005, Moscow 11:24:09.The Russian stock market has opened higher today, in general. On MICEX, blue chips rose 1.5 percent and Tatneft added more than 3 percent. On the RTS exchange, LUKoil advanced 2 percent. Both RAO UES and Norilsk Nickel edged more than 1 percent higher. Russian securities seem to be bouncing back after tumbling last week. However, Asian bourses finished lower. If European stocks decline, the Russian stock market could stop gaining, industry insiders believe. The RTS index is expected to slip below the 900-point mark this week. Meanwhile, the majority of market players will be able to take their profits before a new downward spiral in equity market prices. The stock market is forecast to focus on oil prices. 17.10.2005, Tbilisi 10:03:38.A meeting of an intergovernmental Russian-Georgian commission on economic cooperation will be held in the Georgian capital of Tbilisi on October 17-18. Russian transportation minister Igor Levitin and Georgian Prime Minister Zurab Nogiadeli are the co-chairmen of the commission. Within the framework of the first session, they will meet to discuss problems related to transportation and infrastructure development, as well as customs policies and trade. The two parties are to focus on electrical energy as a priority cooperation sector. |

You guys are fucking assholes (not you, Marial B). First of all, it's not OJ's son, it's Robert Shaprio's. Second of all, if you don't like my posts, don't read them. Third of all, this was nationally reported news, not a bullshit little story. |

You wanna nationally reported news? Take it! 17.10.2005, Moscow 09:52:11. Nearly 40 terrorists, who attacked the southern Russian city of Nalchik, have been arrested, head of the Duma security committee Vladimir Vasilyev has told journalists, NTV television reported. According to Vasilyev, about 150 fighters attacked the city on October 13. 92 fighters were killed during a mission of special task forces. 33 servicemen and 12 civilians died in clashed with fighters, Russian Interior Minister Rashid Nurgaliev has told journalists. P.S. Who cares about 12 dead civilians when son of one American attorney's dead?! |

If that's not what you said, you need to reword what you type. Or THINK of how it sounds when you enter things, because the 'insignificant' and 'bullshit' is EXACTLY what it sounds like. Don't get upset at us because we can't read what you mean to say, but don't type. PS - take an english class if you really have a problem with this |

There was a kid on a hockey team of mine whose name was Brian Shapiro. He was abhorrent. He couldn't skate, he couldn't shoot, he couldn't pass; every time he touched the puck something bad happened. Since it was a recreational league, we felt obligated to give him his fair share of play time. It was terrible. And the worst part is, he's probably played longer than half the team. And he was too big for anyone who should want to play sports. |
