Earlier today, I finally bought a copy of Queen and Paul Rodgers' "Return Of The Champions" 2CD set, and while I was looking at the booklet, I noticed that there were 2 extra page sheets printed into the booklet than there should be.
What happens is that after a couple pages, you see the album cover and first/second page afterwards again(!!) (so obviously the booklet is printed twice!)
So in other words I think I have a misprinted copy. Except there aren't printing errors, per se - just an extra booklet basically stapled onto another!
Does anyone else have any copies like this? Or is this one unique?
(This is the Hollywood Records pressing btw.)
Mine is completely normal, but maybe my booklet is different since it's from the Best Buy version :)
Actually I thought the booklet was the most redeeming part of the horrid packaging.. very nice.
I did get a 'Classic Queen' booklet once with an entire 2-sided 4-page sheet missing.
PS- Got your email and I'll get as much of that as I can fit on there. I'll let you know when it's done :)

Are you kidding? (Well, I know you are...)
I probably would never do that, but even then, it probably wouldn't fetch more than a normal printed copy would.
ive always wondered if my copy of the made in heaven album (coloured vinyl) is worth anything, as it too has printing errors for the lyrics inside the double sleave, i know soon as the error was discovered they were taken off the shelves. anyone else got one of these?
sorry for hijacking the thread mate :)

Shit...I think my booklet is actually MISSING pages, which might explain the extra first two sheets of pages...
I'm looking at: link
...and I see a whole bunch of photos that aren't in my booklet(s) :(
So in other words, I have the album cover, track listing, 2nd half of the crew credits, and the back cover of the booklet (with photo from Budapest) on the first and 3rd sheet, and the Queen + Paul Rodgers band member listings, Paul/Brian/Roger photo column with dragon logo in background, photo of Brian with his right hand and arm up, and first 1/2 of crew credits on the 2nd and 4th sheets.
In other words, I have 8 pages of photos and text (including front and back booklet covers) (printed twice of course - total of 16 pages)
Does the normal booklet have more than 8 pages of photos and text, INCLUDING the front and back booklet covers?
I'm sorry Richard.. I completely glazed over and missed your question before.
Mine is 16 pages including covers, or a total of 4 stapled and folded sheets. Or 8 sides. LOL
Oh OK. So mine IS missing pages technically, despite having 4 sheets of two repeated sheets :(
Shit! That means I gotta spend money again!
Oh well, might as well do it on eBay this time :P
Thanks for answering my question! :)
Suit yourself but if it were me, I'd just exchange it. That's what I did with the 'Classic Queen' mishap :)
I wouldn't place any special value on it for being assembled wrong.
No, I think I'll keep it. Along with the MIH LP, that makes two items I have with errors, though neither of them (I think) are worth any much more.
And what was the Classic Queen mishap, if I may ask?

That one :)
I dunno Richard.. it doesn't seem the same to me as a genuine error such as a typo.. this could in fact be reproduced by anyone who wanted to buy some extra copies and was handy with a stapler ;)
