I do. I have A LOT of ghost stories that come from my town. There's an abandoned insane asylum here, 5 cemeteries that when you connect them make a star (in the center of that star is Wilson Hall, which is haunted). And I live in a college town where many of the dorms are haunted. There are a lot of good stores if any of you would like to hear them. Do you guys have any good stories? |

Southern New Jersey's haunted places: The Cape May Court House (in Cape May Court House, NJ) The Washington Inn (in Cape May, NJ) The Winterwood Christmas Store (on Rt. 9, on the way to Cape May...) Higbee Beach in Cape May Oh hell, it seems all of Cape May is Haunted! Do a Google on haunted places in southern New Jersey - there's a bunch. |

the military base where I used to live is considered haunted (some of the older buildings). They do tours during the week leading up to and on halloween |

Bullocks! Baltimore has Edgar Allan Poe's Grave, at Westminster Cemetary, which every year since his death, on his birthday, an elegantly dressed stranger, arrives at midnight to place a bottle of cognac and a rose on his grave! We also have our share of haunted churches and houses. And if that doensn't scare the pants off of you, our mayor is...... .....Martin O'Malley! and we have the highest rate of any city in the U.S. for homicide, AIDS, teenage pregnancy, Teburculosis, certain types of cancer, heroin addicts........ AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! |

The building where i used to work in Dublin is definately haunted, i'm sure it's listed as a haunted building.It's built on the grounds of a 13th centuary Augustinian friary and cemetery it was once the home of the old Dublin Morgue and in 1908 became the university of Dublin's Medical faculty where the cut up dead people and Studied there insides!!!! All i know is that the office was down in the basement and when your opening up in the morning in the pitch dark your mind plays funny tricks or maybe not!!!!!!!!!!!!!Weird things used to go on but all explainable, but we used to always blame the spitits. |

I live in New York and this whole city is haunted by 4 different types of creepy specimens: - Wise guys who speak with a New Jersey mobster accent to make themselves look tough. They're commonly seen driving SUVs and Hummers like maniacs on the freeway. - Teenage boys raised in the suburbs who speak with a ghetto accent because they think that chicks dig the gangsta attitude. They're commonly seen hanging out with their homeboys late at night trying to find a place to smoke pot. - Middle aged women who speak with a Brooklyn accent and are often heard using words in Yiddish. They're commonly seen shopping and throwing fits in retail stores demanding to speak to the manager. - Young girls who make themselves look like California valley girls. They're commonly seen in shopping malls buying tons of clothes and all the crap that MTV sells them. Their main characteristic is to be snobby stuck up back-stabbing bitches. These specimens make me realize that those who are alive are by far scarier than those who are dead. |

Claire Mansion, Fort McHenry, The Flag House, and..... ....Edgar Allan Poe's grave, the special Edgar Allan Poe Room at Baltimore's Enoch Pratt Library that has his original handwritten manuscripts in glass cases, and....Poe's house! Now I am 5 feet tall. And the guide kept telling me and everyone lese to ''watch your head'' and ''bend down'' because all the ceilings were so low, even on the staircases. Was everyone in the 1880's a shrimp! (Poe included)? :D FYI, at Poe's grave, the guide asked if anyone wanted to read Poe's classic ''Annabell Lee' at the grave, and since I am a POE FANATIC and love his work, I read it at his grave. Awesome experience. |

The show showed that some people got headaches as they progressed through the house, but once they left it went away? Or I think it was something like that...and something had to do with a window shutting on its own. I can't really remember the details...It's a shame my memory is so poor at such a young age. :-P I would love to go see it. |

Alright here's a story for ya.... Back in the day (about 30 years ago) at the insane asylum they were shutting it down and were taking all the patients to another hospital. A woman who was def (sp?) somehow got into a wing of the building (the building is like a maze, believe me, I've been in it) and she was unfortunetly locked as the wing was closed off. Unfortunetly she couldn't scream loud enough to get the guard's attention so she took her clothes off, folded them and put them into a pile, laid down on the floor and died. Years later they re-opened the wing and found the body. However her stain has stayed on the floor since and they're unable to get it off. (To see a picture go to link Here's another story connected to the stain on the attic floor... This one is a little odd. A girl who lived in one of the dormitories, Wilson Hall, went to see the Ridges and went to the room where the stain is. She actually touched the stain and then continued the tour and went home. As she arrived home everything started going wrong. She experienced depression and even got treatment for it. But it didn't work. People found her body in the her room. She had committed suicide but before she did that she wrote odd symbols and phrases on the walls in her blood. Then they found more students to move in. They had put 2 or 3 coats of paint on the walls but the blood started to seep through. Weird things happened to the inhabitents of the room and finally they moved the people out. Now they use it as a boiler room with a supposed demonic face in the grains of wood on the door. This story is actually on ABC Family's Scariest Places on Earth. Wilson Hall isn't nearly that scary compared to The Ridges. |
