What you HOPE happens in NJ this weekend...
| Deacons 1st Choice 12.10.2005 22:15 |
So folks... What is it above all else that you hope to see, hear, or experence in Jersey this weekend during the Q+PR show? Everything from certain songs, to certain show experiences, to your ultimate fantasies realized by meeting a member of the Band....go ahead and let your imagination run wild here! For me.... Ahh wait, i'll save that for later. Let's hear what YOU are hoping to have happen! |

I've waited to see Brian and Roger together for nearly 15 years now. They could come out and play Row, Row, Row Your Boat, and I'd be happy..;-D I know my fantasy song doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell of getting played. I guess I'd be really excited if they would do something realistic like "Now I'm Here." I'm SOOOOOOOOO excited I can't stand it..:-)) |

OMG WHAT I WOULD LOVE TO SEE!.... No One But You dedicated to Freddie JOHN DEACON PLAYING BASS Also wanna hear Innuendo- as many songs sung by roger and brian but most of all it would be like a dream come true to see john on stage with brian and roger again..... i can dream, and to be honest i prefer my dream to the real thing : and what i wish ABOVE all is that i meet Brian because im 14- hes 54 or more (sorry his age is passed me right now) and idk if theyll ever be back in America and hes my hero so ill never get another chance to even see them in concert- so im gratful to be just at the concert even though i have the worst seats ever but i really wanna hunt down Brian because i might not have any other chances what with me being so young and him being so much older- our paths wont meet besides this. |

JamieSureWould, i'm sure you will get other chances to possibly meet the Members. You are so young, and Queen will more then likely tour again next year ( crosses fingers).... Keep a positive vibe and anything is possible! I have to agree that seeing John appear would be amazing. |

No body says you have to stay in them. Float around the arena see where you can move to. You can always go back to your seats. Shoot for the floor!! Some of the besr concerts I saw I was floating all over, never missed a single note of music either! As for my wish.... For everyone to have the time of their lives. |

I emailed Brian and begged for "It's Late." There, I admitted it. |
| PieterMC 13.10.2005 11:02 |
Hey nothing to be ashamed of. I e-mailed him and asked for It's Late and to put '39 back in the setlist. |

The floor tickets were expensive for this show and if you end up in a seat that somebody paid for they might not be too happy about it. |

most i would like to see new setlist with more 89-95 year stuff, but yeah john deacon on stage would be great too : ) |

Like others, I would like to hear them put '39 back in the set. But I would like to hear the whole song with harmonies and the entire band. What am I saying!!? I won't be at NJ. I am going to Hollywood! |

I hope they add at least one new Queen song. DAMN! I have the live album, I saw them in Europe, why don't they play around with their tracklist? Why don't they add 'White Man', 'Now I'm Here' or something new that PR could rip into well? So they added two new Bad Company tracks in Aruba. BIG DEAL! I hope they get after it in the U.S. because I am paying a S%#tload of money to go to L.A. next week to see them. |
| akindofmagic 14.10.2005 01:29 |
Best wish_ No question...John Back on stage with Brian and Roger! |
| AmeriQueen 14.10.2005 04:00 |
So why would Deacon be an option? Does he live in the U.S. or something? It would be great, but it seems highly unlikely. Maybe he can come on to play 'No Turning Back', YACK! |
| Sherwood Forest 14.10.2005 06:21 |
i think the reason they are not playing all these other Queen songs is because its not Freddie and its not the same thing if they had other people singing them (it might be a mental thing that Brian and Roger only want Paul Rogers to sing the big hits). idk just thinking about it now and that seems like a logical reason why they dont want to change it more to the old stuff.... does john deacon have a house in the US i hear he likes the united states |
| PieterMC 14.10.2005 07:49 |
They don't want to play alot of other stuff because they figure that people came to hear the big hits. There is about as much chance of John turning up as there is of Freddie turning up. |
| Deacons 1st Choice 14.10.2005 21:12 |
Agreed. John does have a home here Stateside. He has had a place in LA for quite some time, and would often holiday there with the kids in the winter months. I assume he still has this...but then again nothing is ever certain when it comes to this elusive mystery man, bless em'! |
