Two Brian May concerts from the AW tour were filmed by a DoRo team but no video was ever released: Capitol, Offenbach, Germany October 21nd 1998 and Royal Albert Hall, London October 25th 1998 |

Note for some newbies: Whatever Happened To Saturday Night = Hot Patootie (as it states on some releases) And there's a bunch of different radio mixes of Business (Radio Mix/US Radio Mix/Rock Radio Remix/Radio Edit), though I couldn't find any differences in them, so it's probably just different titles of one mix (or something wrong with me). |

I believe the "hidden track" on Another World is "officially" titled Being On My Own (as per BMI database). It is, of course, a piano instrumental based around elements of "Business." Also John, I was wondering if the "Master Versions" from the Electric Fire sessions are vastly different than the eventual release, or if its only subtle mixing going on? |

Walter B. wrote: Thank you John. Could you please tell us more about Eternal Ambience - Unreleased: Home Mini-Disc JSS Extensions II - Unreleased: Home Mini-Disc ?"Eternal Ambience" and "JSS Extensions II" are tracks which were part of the "opening/closing" background/ambient sounds, but without the "music" kicking-in. This sounds a bit like the Queen "drones" going through various musical notes or changes. (It is a bit like listening to "Whisperers" or "Pressure On" before the guitars kick in - but it is neither of these tracks - so cannot be replicated unfortunately). Ironically, "Eternal Ambience" only lasts for "33 seconds - but when played on repeat mode on a mini-disc, (or in any loop) it will seamlessly play forever without an audible break in the sound. VERY hypnotic! God only knows if these tracks have "Official titles" - because as you may have guessed, in the absence of any better information, these were names I invented myself. (Sorry Roger!) |

Also John, I was wondering if the "Master Versions" from the Electric Fire sessions are vastly different than the eventual release, or if its only subtle mixing going on?1: You are correct in the first instance Chaka, and I agree with you - I could have catalogued this as an alternative track, but I didn't think there was too big a difference to warrant this. Therefore, I decided to catalogue the track as a "Business" variation. But, again I accept that my way is NOT the only way, and it is a cataloguing difference, rather than a difference of opinion, so if you decide to stick with "Being On My Own" then that is correct too! 2: A bit of both. Some tracks are indeed only subtle "remixes" - others are significantly different. The banding (running) is also different. The original running order was: Whisperers Pressure On Surrender Believe In Yourself People In Streets Nation Of Haircuts Nation Of Haircuts (Club Cut) No More Fun Tonight One Night Stand Is It Me? Where Are You Now? Working Class Hero London Town – C’mon Down |

At the risk of being pedantic, are we talking about Brian's Ten Best Videos or Brian's Ten Best Queen Videos? I thought he did two programs for VH1, one for 10 best vids in general and one for his 10 favorite Queen vids (AKOM was number 1). It's the latter program I was referring to as coming from 1998. |

John S Stuart wrote:As far as i know only London was recorded properly, ie with at least 10-12 cameras (I was standing outside at the TV equipment truck, and watching the soundcheck on the TV monitors... the lights, the setup etc. all looked great, pity that Brian didnt like the gig). I am not sure about Offenbach being actually recorded, i think it was just a rumour which spread before each show... (anyone remembers Queen Heaven?) -although 1-2 cameras might have been there, just like in Vienna (Doro) and Linz (ORF).As usual local crews were allowed to record some part of the shows, Argentinian TV recorded parts of Birmingham, Hungarian TV most of Warsaw, Moscow and St Petersburg / Russian TV, etc.YourValentine wrote: Two Brian May concerts from the AW tour were filmed by a DoRo team but no video was ever released: Capitol, Offenbach, Germany October 21nd 1998 and Royal Albert Hall, London October 25th 1998Do you think this was to be released as a concert from one night (or the other) - or as a hybrid of the two?
