DART Karaoke Author can't really do it, so I don't know how you'll get this done.
The aformentioned program does work beautifully on My Melancholy Blues though.

As a follow up, I've done Melancholy Blues, it's ready to roll - but rapidshare ain't working for me at the moment. :(
I'll put it up sometime soonish. A note-
*It does not completely get rid of Freddie's voice, but it some bits its pretty good. If you're singing over it, you'll never know the difference. Heck, the residual Freddie might make you sound better?
Bit of a different kind of song, but It's Late works remarkably well too. Unfortunately it also removes a lot of guitar :-P
I made a version (and shared) last year with re-editing to restore the guitar parts and I think it's pretty decent. Would anyone like me to repost that?

Would those be the bits Freddie isn't singing on in the first place? Lol! ;)
Heh that'll save me from having to do it then! :D
As for Melancholy Blues.... you can hear a very quiet trebly kind of Freddie in his higher bits, but some of the bass does come through on his lower parts. It's still pretty fair - I imagine with some fool singing over the top of it you'd never notice.
