I arrived home tonight after a hard days work and to my delight seen that Play.com had finally delivered my Return of the champions C.D That i ordered like a century ago.To my HORROR THERE WAS NO CD IN THE PACKAGE...Some fucking wanker stole it.There was an elastic band holding the package together and when i took it off the package just popped open so someone definately tampered with it and stole the c.d. Im so mad but dont know who to blame...Play for there crap packaging or the postman? I'm SO MAD..I'll have to make a formal complaint but i dont hold out to much hope to ever getting any answers or reimbursment. What do you guys think my chances are or have any of you ever been in the same suitation? A very ANGRY and BITTER aishasweetness (and i'm always sweet). xx
i'm just a cheap skate it costs €21.99 in irish record stores and only cost me €10 on play.Ireland is the worst country in the world to buy c.d's they're a rip off...xx

Work. That's the problem. Or school.. whatever. The key to a happy life of having Queen stuff delivered is to stay home all the time. Or at least during the day to wait for packages.
Sorry about your loss though. Play doesn't sound so great after all. I had US versions of ROTC delivered to the Netherlands and Argentina within a week. In fact prior to the UK release date :-P
I once bought a sealed, two-disc cd of Montserrat Caballe's best songs. It had an EMI stamp on the package as well as a "Made in the Netherlands" stamp. When I opened it at home, there were two discs, and neither one had anything to do with Caballe - something like Beethoven for Piano. Wouldn't you know, the store where I bought it was way across town. I thought the store clerk wouldn't believe me. There was another sealed cd there for exchange, so I said yes, I want it, but this time I opened it in the store. There was Beethoven again! The clerk said in all of his years working in music stores, he had never seen a factory pack the wrong item. He said he would notify the distributor/company. I never did try to fiind this cd again elsewhere. I'll wait a bit to see if the problem has been solved. I did get a refund, of course.
