Hi, I am probably the only person in my school who thinks Freddie was the most talented successful singer ever, and my favourite singer Everyone else feels "he can't sing and he is crap" The problem is everyone thinks it so it looks as though theyr'e right! These loosers must have a very bad tatse in Music What should i do, all i ever get is "Freddie is crap" I have let Freddie down by letting these Pricks get one over on me, I need to get his dignity back! |

I think you should like what you want to like and live by your own views and opinions. Trying to change others views, or changing your life because others say otherwise, is akin to following the croud and a shite way to live. If you think Freddie is the best singer, go for it. As long as you know it, it shouldn't matter. |

johnny i think it all just boils down to trends i.e. whats happening now etc i remember being a kid at school and the same sort of crap used to go on with the kids, in most cases lol (not all) they probably have not listened to queen:) a lot of the kids probably just copy there pals who are into a particular singer or band, not all tho incase i'm shot down,, in short johnny i wouldn't take any notice mate, its what you like that counts mate :) |

They don't get it because: 1. They just don't know much about music 2. They can't get past the visual of Freddie prancing around in leotards 3. The stigma of homosexuality 4. The stigma of AIDS, etc., which they just don't want to be even remotely identified with. But YOU have been able to get past all that and recognize and appreciate Queen's talent level and the quality of their music. So, my advice is to ignore the opinions of others and remain true to the music that stirs your passions. Your appreciation for Queen's music will stay with you for your entire life, and you will continue to marvel at it on a regular basis. I'm sure you would consider me to be an old fart as I am the same age as Brian May, but I speak from experience. |

Yeah guys, give Johnny a break. But Johnny, every1 is entitled to their opinion. You can argue an argue your point but people willl just argue and argue back. Trust me, i have the same problem. But you have to realise that if you believe in something, it doesn't make it right and people don't need to think the same way. Thats what communism is for. But just be greatfull that there is a site where people share your veiws. |

Guys, let me let you in on a secret. This character "Johnny Knoxville" is completely pulling one over on you guys that come rushing to his honor. Analyze this for a moment. He knows he can post any stupid thread, purposely mispelled, with bad punctuation, on a topic that either we have covered 1,000 times, or is so elementary (Why doesn't my $199.00, Vietnam made, Brian May copy through my dads 10 watt, 1985 Gorilla Amp sound like Brian's rig at Wembley??) There is absolutely NO WAY these questions or this person is for real. You guys are all whining "Give the poor kid a break." To be honest, I feel I am in business with Johnny. We are part of a comedy team. He's the straight man, who delivers the "a duh" stupid question. I am the punchline guy who gets some people laughing, and others riled up. Other genius teams, such as Beavis and Butthead, have came before us.... I assure you all though, one day this "Johnny Knoxville" character is going to come clean, explain to you "defenders" that he a trial lawyer by day, tries to cure cancer in his spare time, and is currently president of MENSA. (Club for genius people in the USA) Long story short.... really look his typed paragraph over, there is no way he is for real, he is playing the part of a stupid, down trotten teen, with no where else to turn, but to post dumb messages on Queenzone. sharron.g this is nothing personal against you mate, but i tend to give people the benefit of the doubt, all i can say is it's a good job your not on a jury , if what you say is true about johnny, he has absolutly nothing to gain by doing what you claim, i.e. it cant be sympathy b/c he gets none, it cant be attention b/c he gets none also he doesn't post that much, johnny hates to be attacked just for posting therefore dont you think he'd drop the act to stop the bullying? johnny has friends here thats why they stand by him. at times Mr.g you come across as annoyed because people stand by him and not attack him, its just an observation. now heres the clever bit what most adults do is when they dont like something i.e. a "post" then they just ignore it, if his posts bother you that much why do you read them? this in no way an attack of any kind on you or your stooges, i like many others on here love a good laugh and piss take so i'm not a boring fart who just stops others fun, but now its like your competing with your pals who hits the funniest/sarcastic one liner against johnny:S with regards to spelling etc.. mine is absolutley terrible at times but i dont give a shit to be honest, its all about having fun on here!!! so chillllllllll :) |

I was in school once... and to piss people off, I wore a shirt with Freddie and Winnie kissing on it. I know there was people with shirts that had a boy and girl kissing, and so I had one of two guys kissing :-P ... I figured if any teacher complained, I could get them for it. And as for other students, they learned there lesson :-P |
