I'm new to the zone, but having a great time reading everyone's posts. Here's a topic to throw out...What, in your opinion, are your top three most underrated Queen songs. Mine are 3)"Was it all worth it" from The Miracle.
2)"Tenament Funster" from Sheer Heart Attack
1)"March of the Black Queen" from Queen 2.
Hell, I think the entire Queen 2 album should be required listening for every kid entering highschool. Maybe that would help today's youth veer away from all of the pre-fab pop crap out there!!!
Without really thinking about it I'd say Las Palabras De Amor, Long Away, You And I..
Many more that I think could have been hits, or bigger hits. In some cases I understand though.. a song like '39 is superb, but as a single it would seem strange to me. So many Queen songs are fantastic but better suited among the albums they inhabit, rather than as stand-alone tracks.
I also think that Drowse is a very underrated song, probably it's often overlooked because it has Roger on vocals. IMO it's one of the best songs he ever wrote and what a shame they didn't play it on this year's tour.
Spread Your Wings is painfully under rated.
Scandal, I'm Going Slighly Mad, Heaven for Everyone (Got to #2 here in the UK but i remember some people in this board saying it was 'nothing special'.)
The Miracle as well but i'm not too keen on the 'heavy' part near the end.
Body language reachin' 11 in charts and Spread your wings gettin 39 is a scandal!
to me...
March of the black queen
millionaire waltz
tenement funster
prophet's song
death on 2 legs
teo toriatte
sleeping on the sidelwalk
dead on time
the hero
man on the prowl
one year of love
was it all worth it
bijou
don't try so hard
and many many others

The Prophet's Song
Drowse
And much many more I don't have time to list up here..
Never got why so many people hated Khashhogi's Ship. It's a great song, awesome riff at the end. I'd go as far to say the entire Miracle album. The Miracle and I Want it All are two of Queen's best.
