I THINK IT WOULD BE GREAT IF THEY WROTE A SONG TOGETHER THAT WOULD BE EXCLUSIVLEY THIERS.IT MIGHT HELP THE FACT THAT SOME PEOPLE DONT LIKE PR DOING FREDDIES SONGS.
I totally agree. It would serve as a great connecting bridge to their original fans and gain new fans as well.
It would also make the band vibrant and relevant among today's music scene, industry, artists, radio, etc. and further both Queen and Paul Rodgers as established, ACTIVELY creative artists, still full of fresh, innovative ideas and music to offer.

I suppose the same method Queen used when releasing Innuendo - All write songs and produce them together. Not attributing the writing to any one person.
It would be cool and I mean no disrespect to PR but Brian or Roger had better write it. PR is a great vocalist but can't hang with Queen in terms of writing.
The one song out there, Reaching Out, is a damn good one and could be a single. I don't hold out for hopes of them being famed more by a single for one main reason:
If a song is chosen as popular, a hit, a song that get's played, it is usually not that great. Anyone who is a true Queen fan needs to just realize that Another One Bite The Dust was their best selling single. If I ran things, it wouldn't have ever even been a single.
Queen + PR just needs to tour the world and then do an album later if they wish to. Queen + PR has no chance of ever coming close to Queen, but they do have a very solid shot of being the 2nd best band ever.
The best thing out of them working together is that they would finally have material that suited all their invididual abilities.
Depending on who you've asked, so far the band has been nothing more than either
a) Queen with incidental vocals by some other bloke, or
b) the "Paul Rodgers plays Queen" tribute-experience
They have a genuine opportunity to prove everyone that they are a real band, and not just a business. But that's not going to happen. :P
Just so long as it isn't over-laden w/ synth sounds as its base. They have to ditch that mid 80, to early 90's sound w/ Brian & Roger both embraced a little to much in their solo work through out the 90's. It needs to be guitar, drums, bass, vocals & if any keyboards let it be an acoustic piano. We need a return of the "NO SYNTHS" statement!!
