"Well I guess it would be nice
If I could touch your body
I know not everybody
Has got a body like you
But I've got to think twice
Before I give my heart away
And I know all the games you play
Because I play them too
Oh but I
Need some time off from that emotion
Time to pick my heart up off the floor
And when that love comes down
Without devotion
Well it takes a strong man baby
But I'm showing you the door
'Cause I gotta have faith...
Baby
I know you're asking me to stay
Say please, please, please, don't go away
You say I'm giving you the blues
Maybe
You mean every word you say
Can't help but think of yesterday
And another who tied me down to loverboy rules
Before this river
Becomes an ocean
Before you throw my heart back on the floor
Oh baby I reconsider
My foolish notion
Well I need someone to hold me
But I'll wait for something more
Yes I've gotta have faith..."

Thier is a good site. Speaking of that. You better be thankful because my stepdad just walked in on me searching for George Micheal and now I have to explain why.
he was brazilian i think, i thought it was after freddies tribute? i could be wrong.
but yea i like that song too "faith"
best george album; listen without prejudice.
best george song in years!!! "freak" i love that song i was getting bored with the same o'l whispering ballads lol
That song is great, so catchy. My mom's always been more into George Michael than I have, but I've been listening to his music more often. He's so talented...I love Listen Without Prejudice.
My favorite song By George Michael has always been ''I Knew You Were waiting For Me'' with Aretha Franklin, with ''Freedom 90'' coming in at close 2nd tied wih his version live of ''Somebody To Love''.
I have his 2 CD Greatest Hits and Aretha Franklin's CD that their duest is on as well.
Very talented singer.
His videos were great too, especially for ''Freddom 90'' and ''Too Funky''.
I also think his retirement will end. I don't think it's fake. I know he is VERY disgusted with the current state of the music industry and pre-packaged boy band shit, rap, etc.
He SUED Sony Records in 1990 to get out of his own contract because he said that they would not allow him to release mature, artistic work and insisted on him putting out ''boy band'' and ''sex object'' material that he thought was crap and enslaving.
But I know he loves what he does and his recent unnanounced duet/performance with paul Mccartney at Live 8, after announcing his retirement, I think was showing how much he loves what he does, when he can do it on his own, artistically free and creative terms.
