Do my eyes decieve me? Is it a hoax?Or am I just dreaming?A Night at the Opera DVD with Live Archive footage of all the songs, even the somewhat obscure ones?Odd that I don't see any posts concerning this.Anyone have any further info on this? Here is the report. It seems to me that this would make any Queen fan ecstatic! What gives? link
Thanks for the link, mate.Seems like this has indeed already been discussed. The description of the Rare archived video tracks does seem too good to be true.Wouldn't it be incredible to have something in the vein of the Stones "Sympathy for the Devil",DVD with in depth video footage of Queen working in the studio on ANATO.I know I'll go back to sleep and dream on.

I hope youre taking the piss... the whole concept of the DVD is awful.
Sounds to me like they've created videos to go with the songs, rather than them being "extra" material.
A nice concept, rather than a static screen like all the other DVD-A out there.
All I'm going to say is that I hope they will now get on with the rest of the albums.
Queen II next please, Brian!
Honestly? No-one really knows. However, some online shops think they have it all sussed and have posted some strange sounding descriptions/extras. My advice is to wait and see what someone like Brian says.
Peace,
Adam.
"However, some online shops think they have it all sussed"
These online retailers aren't trying to be smart arses... they are simply using the information made available by the distributors, strangely enough, it isn't made up.
Ha hah! I never said it was made up. In fact, I already posted in the other ANATO topic about this very point. They've taken some details and worked them into their own thoughts about what it could be. Even if they don't get it 100% right, they can still turn around and say, hey, we didn't lie because those items are on there. Anyone, including one of us zoners could've come up with that rough idea about the content because, that information was on this forum as well as a quick perusal on Brian's updates.
So there isn't anything new or exciting to read about. Hence why people are a little bemused and ticked off at this so-called release. Brian said it'd be something special. How does a set of archive footage and inserts of him playing some of the original instruments equate to something special? I am 100 percent sure that Brian has more up his sleeves than we or those retailers know.
Peace,
Adam.
