You're in Kansas too?
I'm in Wichita. Cool. I knew we had some sort of cosmic connection ever since that Flash Gordon incident :-P
If you happen to be in Wichita, indeed they're hard to find since Yesterday Discs closed. But we have that big flea market on weekends... though I haven't been in years, they used to have many booths selling old records.
And there's Ebay of course.
Besides the local record shops and eBay, I've also been using link
Over 400 (mainly British) sellers, payment by credit card, international delivery...

Im from Los Angeles, but 3/4 of my family from my mom's side lives in Wichita, Kansas. I have a cousin there who lives right next to the lake there I believe.
One place I **wouldn't** recommend would be eil.com.
By the way, if this is NOT the sort of post that Richard wants on his site, feel free to delete it!!!
All I will say is eil is top dollar, very expensive and while it produces an excellent service, it doesn't justify the prices they charge.
Car boots sales are becoming very difficult to get good gear. But I must say, I replaced my rather battered News of the World with a near mint one in a charity shop.
Good hunting.
Cheers
Paul

well, these are the ones i dont have:
queen
a day at the races
news of the world
flash gordon
hot space
the works
a kind of magic
the miracle
innuendo
made in heaven
how much would you sell them for?
Wow, LP's! I had every single one up to A Kind Of Magic, until 3 years ago when I didn't want to drag all my vinals around with me anymore. I left them at my old apartment. The were just too heavy to drag down 3 flights of stairs.
