I remember when I was just a kid in the first grade, some of the boys on my dodge ball team started clapping their hands and stomping their feet and shouting "We will, we will, ROCK YOU!" Little did I know it at the time, but I was hearing a Queen song for the first time. I'm still astounded sometimes at how We Will Rock You has become part of our culture and has endured for all these years. Sure it wasn't their best or most complex song, but that was my first Queen memory.
one of my first memories of queen was a tad different, ahem, back in fifth class when the teacher was gone, loads of kids started singing "we will we will rock you, fuck you, any way we want to!"
lol
I heard March of the Black Queen on the radio and liked it, that's how it started!

Its because of concorde that i like queen :P
When the last flight took off, they did a bit on the news about concorde, and the song was don't stop me now.
After I heard the whole song i was hooked
I was in Kinder and everyone was in the gym. The DJ was playing songs and they played We Will Rock You. (I was excited because I knew it was my favorite band that my dad would play ever since I was like born) The cheerleaders were stomping and clapping in a big circle, and the only way you can clap with them is if they picked you. I was picked so I was stomping and clapping with them. Sadly, I don't remember a queen memory before that.
I would sing We Are The Champions while on the swings in first grade.
I remember being amazed by the Bohemian Rhapsody video at the age of seven.
I asked everyone in my neighbourhood if they had a Queen tape.

I was probably 4 and I saw something on TV that was playing the song "We are the Champions". Moments later I started singing the chorus of the song, except I thought it was "You are the losers" instead of "No time for losers."
My first one... It was probably close to the time Freddie died. I was watching MTV and AOBTD vid was playing. First Queen song I ever heard, come to think.

When i was in Elementary school the kids all sang "we will rock you" little did I know it was a Queen song. The first song I loved by Queen was Under Pressure. At the 5th grade dance i made them play "We will rock you" but no one was there because they were all eating so I just stayed there and listened to it. Haha.
Mine is sitting on the couch, watching TV and drinking hot chocolate and it was turned to this classic rock station and I heard Bohemian Rhapsody for the first time in full. And I put the computer, everything down for those six minutes and just sat transfixed. It's weird thinking that I started with downloading Don't Try Suicide on Kazaa and now just a few years later I've got every album, I dragged my mom to Vegas to see We Will Rock You last year, and spending hours in front of the computer trying to get pre-sale tickets to see Queen and Paul Rodgers in the fall...It's amazing how far this love of a band has taken me. :)
mine was when i were 6 and i used to listen to cassette tapes before i went to sleep. i borrowed one of my dads tapes and TATDOOL came on and i liked it but i didnt know what it was. then 2 years later i found the innuendo album and then i heard it and hence a queen fan was born
7 years old in 1976. At some party with parents. Amidst the drinking and carousing I remember hearing Somebody To Love.... what a great song. A couple years later I bought my first ever single (WWRY/WATC) and started placing the two together.
lol by the way I wasnt doing much of the drinking and carousing at age 7,it was just part of the atmosphere where I remember the first time a Queen song having an impact! :P
I was 14 when I first heard of Queen. I was at a friend of mines house whose older brother was having a party (parents were out of town). A group of guys were loaded and kept playing the song "My Fairy King" over and over again.
