Thank you. May the camels be with you, Bokkepoot |
| lord_bumbury 11.07.2005 17:23 |
Excuse me, but would it be possible for someone to convert it to MP3 and post it? Either I don't understand anything about music, or there is no significant difference between the formats, except the size. Thank you! |
| Ale_Pisa 11.07.2005 17:37 |
Thank you |
| Shamrock 11.07.2005 18:01 |

Thank you! There *is* a significant difference between mp3 and flac (and other lossless formats), you just don't understand what it is. The reason the size of mp3 are a lot smaller is simply because they are missing a lot of the audio data. There is such thing as a free lunch. Try the Internet and find out some more. |
| Breakthru_Sep 11.07.2005 20:15 |
Thanks for this great release :) |
| Atheïst 11.07.2005 21:10 |
I do not have experience with flac files. Is this just one big file in the end, and if so, how do I cut it into the seperate tracks? This is needed because I want to burn it on CD and the whole show will never fit on one CD ofcourse. |
| djaef 11.07.2005 21:59 |
No, it's just what he called the torrent. Inside are lots of separate flac files, which you can play with winamp, burn straight to cd with Nero, or decode to wave with Flac Front End and burn to cd with whatever takes your fancy. |
| Brianmay1975 12.07.2005 01:35 |
Thanks very much Marco for this, as well as for all the great job you do with the hub also :) |
| Rhye 12.07.2005 01:50 |
Thanks a lot, Bokkepot! |
| kyassor 12.07.2005 02:36 |
Looks like Steffie's original version on DimeADozen has fallen victim to the 'officially released intro tracks' ruling as we thought it might do because it doesn't seem to be there this morning. Luckily I managed to get my copy completed before it went so I've seeded it on here as well. Thanks to Steffie for the original version and to Bokkepoot for supplying a copy on here so quickly ... while I was still plodding along downloading on DimeADozen. |
| Rick 12.07.2005 03:28 |
Hey bedankt, Marco! Thanks! |

It's no longer on dimeadozen, any thoughts on why this is? Any legal matters? |
| Maz 13.07.2005 13:34 |
Yeah, it got banned over there due to the intro stuff playing over the speakers. Dime is especially strict on any Eminem stuff, and this features Lose Yourself as an intro. All of the other QPR boots on Dime have had to remove that bit before they could be posted. |
| jean lejeune 14.07.2005 03:53 |

Thanx for the download. I too was there. Great reminder this is. :) Btw, I wasn't searched but every cubic centimeter of my backpack was. They let me keep my drinks, really glad about that since it was 30 degrees or something. =) |

pootle1 wrote: Just so that everyone knows - the chap who recorded this was LUCKY. Obviously they haven't found it ;) There was also security walking outside the venue in regular clothing, not with those green security polo's. They were probably walking around the floor during the gig as well. Luckily they haven't seen me doing my thing either. I really hate these venues because of the security being so tight. I've got no problems at all during gigs in clubs like the Paradiso or Tivoli. They don't even want to search my bag over there :D I see that you're from the UK. I've been there to see Feeder at the Hammersmith Apollo. The security was very relaxed over there as well. I didn't need to hide my equipment at all. The only thing they were interested in were tickets :) |
