300 songs. Queen, Chicago, Bon Jovi, Kiss, Coldplay, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Guns N' Roses :D |

300 songs ? why bother with an ipod - I wish I had your money to waste :-) that is just a cd or two of mp3's Now if you had about 5000 tracks on a 20gb version (@128) but wish you'd got the 40gb version to get most of the rest of your stuff on then it would be better - not impressive but fills the machines better |

_amadeus_ wrote: I can't name 5000 songs :D And if ya dont' have an iPod, no one is makin' ya post.I'm sure you could if you tried - just that you can get cd players that play mp3s for a hell of a lot less than you can get iPod's for. for anything less then 1000 tracks then rthey are a waste of money. I know this as I do have one, just not big enough .... as my girlfriend keeps telling me ;-) ... she is on about the iPod ... I hope !!!! |

Sheesh. Does it seriously matter to you whether or not someone has an iPod? If you don't like it, good for you, but there is no need to bash someone because of it. I have Aerosmith, Alice Cooper, The Beatles, Black Sabbath, The Boomtown Rats, Cheap Trick, The Clash, Coldplay, David Bowie, Def Leppard, Elton John, Freddie Mercury, Janis Joplin, Led Zeppelin, The Misfits, Mott the Hoople, Ozzy Osbourne, Pat Benatar, Paul Simon, Pink Floyd, Queen, The Ramones, The Scorpions, Simon and Garfunkel, Sting, Van Halen, and the Who on my iPod. |

I love my Ipod! It's one of the best purchases I've made. Especially since it's under warranty, which is great for me, since I'm awful with electronics. Anyway, I've got 2050 songs, and the artists I listen to most are: AC/DC Aerosmith Alice Cooper Bad Company The Beatles Brian May Cake Coldplay Cream Damien Rice The Darkness David Bowie The Doors Elton John Foo Fighters Franz Ferdinand Freddie Mercury George Michael Green Day Guns N' Roses Howie Day Iggie & The Stooges Jeff Buckley Jet Jimi Hendrix Kaiser Chiefs The Killers led Zeppelin Michael Jackson Muse Nirvana Pink Floyd The Police Prince Queen Razorlight Roger Taylor The Rolling Stones Scissor Sisters The Shins Smashing Pumpkins Styx Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers U2 Velvet Revolver The Who And a bunch of random songs I've bought on Itunes, like Come On Eileen and Take On Me and some other eighties songs. :) |

Why is that the Beatles/The Beastie Boys appear under 'B' as opposed to 'T'? Screeeeeeee. I'm a shocker with my iPod. If I don't have the full album then I delete the other songs. I like my iPod nice and organised, not one song here and there. Let It Be...naked is getting a good listening to by me lately. Hate the version of Across the Universe though. |

I don't have an iPod, unfortunately, but I have an iRiver MP3/WMA player, which has 128MB of storage. On that right now, is t.A.T.u.'s new album "Dangerous And Moving", and part of the Queen + Paul Rodgers "Return Of The Champions" album (first disc) |
Tero 01.09.2005 02:48 |
I don't have an iPod either, but I do have a hard-disk-mp3-player nevertheless... I've found out that 64kbit WMAs are more than good enough to listen on the streets, and I have so far converted some 250 complete albums (or about one third of my collection) into 5GB of files. |
CC1 01.09.2005 02:58 |
Ive got an i-river . Ive got shed loads of different stuff on it.Ranging from R&B right through to Classical. Ive got nearly 5,000 songs on there right now. |

I have a 6GB iPod Mini. I have 1080 songs on it at this moment, and still have 2 GB left. Let's see...I have Queen (of course), Rush, Michael Jackson, Prince, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Rob Zombie, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Beatles, Huey Lewis & The News, R.E.M., Green Day, Guns 'N' Roses, Gorillaz, Franz Ferdinand, Faith No More, Freddie Mercury (of course), The Doors, Devo, Def Leppard, Van Halen, David Bowie, The Clash, Bruce Springsteen, Billy Squier, Billy Joel, Billy Idol, Beach Boys, Beastie Boys, B-52's, Aerosmith, and a whole lot more random stuff! Damn that's a lot lol |
