I was just watching the gallery on the On Fire - Live At The Bowl 2nd DVD, and I noticed that the picture on the front-sleeve of the DVD is fake.
First of all, it's obvious that this picture has not been taken at the show at Milton Keynes, e.g. Brian does not wear that white coat in the video.
Then. In the picture gallery, you can see 'the same' picture as the one used for the artwork. It's the first picture in the gallery. If you look careful at this picture, you can see it's the 'main picture' used for the artwork, e.g. Roger's drumstick is in the same position, Freddie pose is the same, and the beams of light are the same.
But. In in this (gallery)picture, we can see John wearing a red shirt and white trousers. On the DVD-sleeve, John is wearing a blue shirt and blue trousers. Then we let the gallery play. The twelfth picture, with John and Freddie (yellow shirt), is clearly the one they used for John.
When we compare the first picture of the gallery with the sleeve, we can also see a different Brian. On the sleeve, brian is looking to above, on the gallery-picture, he's looking at Freddie. But his legs and feet and the wire from his guitar seem to be the same.
So, the artwork of the DVD-sleeve is obviously faked in a number of ways. Why would they do this and why wouldn't they just take a nice, fine picture?
You thoughts about this please :)

This picture taken from MK show during Bo Rhap 'rock-part'. Though I'm not so pedantic about where Roger's drumsticks there - in right or wrong position.

Do you mean the picture on the sleeve has been taken during BoRhap at MK? This can't be, because the hat is not there and Brian is wearing totally different clothes ;)
I think when they made the sleeve, they took this photo as in the picure gallery, I don't know at which show it has been taken (but certainly not the MK show), and they just put another John and another (piece of) Brian in there. But I don't understand why they would do this. As I said, if the picture is not right, then take another fine picture, but don't fake it.

I know the booklet features pictures from the entire hot space tour. But that's not my point. My point is that they put a picture at the front of the DVD that's not from the show which is on the DVD ;) Doesn't really matter actually..
But yes, I agree with you that there are many bootlegs with artwork from other gigs.

Your right, it sucks. A picture should be from the show or they should at least wear the same as on the show.
