10 hours sleep over 4 nights (not bad I thought) had to work this afternoon equals completly knackered. Man it was good! No mention of a months rain in eight hours thanks!! My weekend:

Then went up to the green fields and couldn't be arsed to watch Basement Jaxx,Ian Brown or Primal Scream, or any of the other stuff on.
What an experience though. My favourite three. 3rd Dresden Dolls. 2nd Magic Numbers 1st Coldplay.
Other highlights include having a chat with Romeo lead singer of The Magic Numbers, getting my photo taken with the lead singer of Misty's Big Adventure and fit girls in wellies. Yummie.
I'll put some pics up when I can be arsed (after sleep!!).
The pure mention of wellies make me shudder. Eight hours of rain and a whole weekend in the mud - I was never young enough to enjoy that. Hopefully, it won't rain in the Hyde Park.
No less than three stages were struck by lightning. There was no power at all until just before midday so the first couple of acts had to be cancelled.
My tent survived, we were up the hill a little bit, if it carried on I might have woken up swimming. There were so many tents just left totally covered in mud. Unlucky for them. Everyone I spoke to had the time of their lives though!
Wellies are waterproof rubber boots which grow in countries where the cars drive on the wrong side of the street and people ejoy it when their tents are flooded with mud :)
It was the first day, Arlene. The last day was gorgeous weather, thankfully. Made some of the ground bareable.
I'll do the pics probably Saturday, going out soon and not in tomorrow or Friday.
I saw The White Stripes set on BBC1 and it was brilliant. I used to think they were o.k but now I love them. They have converted me. When I got in I was straight on here to get their show so I could listen to it again. Fantastic.
Awesome errr... 'wellies'!! lol!
Good to see you survived, Eggy! Me and a friend considered coming to Glastonbury this year. Eventually we did not and seeing that lake of tents on tv, I was sort of happy we didn't. ;-)
Maybe we will see you there next year. I'll bring my kajak!
