Hello,
I am coming to the Hyde Park concert in a couple of weeks time and would like a bit of advice.
I have decided to travel down on the train but would like some advice on which station I should be heading to?? Do I need to go to a certain station and then use the tube???
I need to book a hotel and was going to get one around Hyde Park (if there are any left). Would I be better getting the train/hotel to outside of town and tube'ing it in??
Any travel advice would be appreciated - Being from the North West this is a big adventure for me and my better half!!
Cheers
Mushype
I'm from the North West and if you are catching the train from there you'll be definately arriving at London Euston no question. From here you can catch a tube using the Northern Line change at Leicester Square for the Picadilly Line for Hyde Park Corner.
I'll be flying down from Blackpool to Stanstead so my journey into Central London is a bit more erratic and as its rush hour more stressful.
As for hotels nights in and around Hyde Park generally cost about £2000 a night try link much cheaper.
banquo £2000 a night!" what the hell are you on! plenty resonable ones right by hyde park even on tight budget! mushy if you want some advise email me keomanuk@yahoo.co.uk
He must have meant 200 per night. One zero too much... Unless he's atlking about some really expensive ones... I'm sure even 2000 could be not enough...
