Odd I couldn't stick Roger anyware but whatever
Anyone?
I'm going to say Freddie in every category except lyrics.
And even for Lyrics it's a tie between
Freddie & Brian, for depth, meaning, hard rockin', etc.
Is the most musically capable : Brian
Is the most creative with there instrument :Brian
Has the best writing ability : Brian
Has the most creative writing style : Freddie
Is the best at writing music : Brian
Is the best at writing lyrics : Brian and Roger (Roger is another story : I prefer Roger's lyrics in the eighties. Much more mature lyrics. In the seventies it was all about Rock 'n roll although they sound nice)

Great poll!
Is the most creative with there instrument.
Brian! Brighton Rock live solos, need we say more. Freddies psychedelic prophet song bits are equally incredible at times.
Is the most musically capable.
Brian May because of the variety of his tunes.
Has the best writing ability.
Tough call. Brian as far as establishing a sound that is not only unique but superior(too anything) but I must say, I always viewed RT as a damn good drummer that is a master within his ability but not as good as say Neil Pert(spelling?) of Rush. After seeing the man live on this new tour, I admit I was wrong. It may have taken him till his 50's but RT is the greatest drummer period! Not only was his ability at a new height but he transitioned his drum solo from one sound to another without a hitch! WOW!
Has the most creative writing style.
Seems to me that 70's Queen music shows Freddie as the peak of creative writing style.
Is the best at writing music.
Overall writing is a tie between Freddie and Brian for me, although I will say that Roger's later work ties them, it just took him a little longer.
Is the best at writing lyrics.
Almost impossible to tell. Freddies are weirder but more intersting than most. Brian has written some cheesy shit at times but has also written their best songs overall lyrically in my opinion. RT seems the most serious about his lyrics and goes from cheese to okay to very good!
Even JD has some damn good lyrics in his tunes. Overall my favorite Queen lyrics(which aren't even close to as important to me as the sounds are Fairy Feller's Master Stroke(once I found out it was about a painting I was deeply impressed), The Show Must Go On and Mother Love(both are deeply powerful, a man singing about his imminant death but still being strong and +).
And one final point on lyrics, only because the song is playing as I type. I DO NOT CARE how many people laugh at Roger's cheesy lyrics, my favorite B-side and Roger song ever is Hijack My Heart! AWESOME SONG!!!

But I still don't think that we should forget Roger because he is the one that has to hold the beat all the time. He has an important role in the band.
But the very best member of the band is still our lovely Freddie because of his creativity and his visible and noticeable LOVE of music... It always came straight from his big heart! :)
(I'm a true Freddie-fan! :)

Freddie
Roger
Freddie (I think the four last categories are really the same, if you say someone has the most creative writing style you can't say that ther's one with the best writing ability, because it's the same thing).
The more i see Queen playing live , the more i realise that Roger is the most creative with the instrument. You can see the Tribute concert where he´s outstanding for a guy that haven´t tour for five years. And i think that Brian does a lot of mistakes playing live.
The thing is:
Listen to Roger playing "Summertime blues" with Roger Daltrey at Mick Ronson tribute concert and judge for yourself.
As for Brian i really love him as a guitar player but he should be more confident playing live.
