answer these questions for me:
1. which is your favorite of these albums?
2. what is the best song between these albums?
my answers:
1. Queen II
2. Keep Yourself Alive
tell me what you think
Queen II was the better overall album, IMHO.
I really have a soft spot for The Fairy Feller's Master-Stroke - its a great song and the whole thing is based on a painting that Freddie fancied - I find that particularly awesome.
Its very easy...
1. Best Album: Queen II.
2. Best Song: The March Of The Black Queen.
Its a very interested album, because its hard to listening an understanding (for me), but after 3 listenings, i understand it.
Thanks.
From Chile.
...I guess it is difficult to make a choice indeed...
1.Queen II (Superb!!)
2.The March of The Black Queen (Magnificent!!)/Procession (despite the fact it's an instrumental track, and it's so brief, yet it's so powerful and intense to me...)
Best wishes from Mexico.
Hey sglll, do you want to know my answer?

2. nevermore
how can so many ignore this absolute work of beauty and poetry?
Best Album:
Queen
Best Song:
White Queen (Queen II)
runner up may be Great King Rat.
I find that Queen 1 often doesn't get the credit it deserves although many within the industry (Foo Fighters are the latest) declare it as their best...So heavy and creative...better than anything at that time including Zeppelin, Sabbath, Purple etc.....drum sound could have been improved though.....Unfortunately for me, I'd like to have a remastered Queen II as some of the production sounds a bit dated now
Both of these album is in my top 5 list, but here is the aswer from the Norwegian votes:
Best Album:
Queen II (an adventure in itself really!)
Best Song:
I can't choose between the songs on the Queen II album, but one of these I think; Father To Son, White Queen, The Fairy Feller's Master Stroke, Nevermore or The March Of The Black Queen.
It is very easy for me.
I like Queen 1 so much better.
I'd call Queen 1 like a 9/10 , and Queen 2 like a 6.5/10.
I know many of you LOVE Queen 2, and I like it, but its in my bottom 5 of Queen albums.
From Liar, to Doin' Alright, to The Night comes down... I love Queen 1!!
Queen 2 only has like 4 songs I really, really like on it.. granted those are great songs... but that is about the least amount on any Queen album.
For example, I like Hot Space's "Dancer" better than most of Queen 2. :( sorry.
Anyway:
Queen 1
Liar
