The album cover for "Queen 2" has a picture of the guys in Bohemian Rhapsody. Is this the original cover because Queen 2 came out in 73/74 (can't think of the actual date) but Bohemian Rhapsody came out in 1975.
How did they get the picture a year before it was released. Or am i right in saying it's not the original cover.
Maybe you must see it in reverse... Maybe they used the cover of Queen 2 as inspiration for the Bo Rhap clip.
By the way, I have no idea how the cover of the Queen II LP looks like... Maybe they changed the cover when they released the CD.
Sorry. I have no real answers, only some suggestions.
Actually it happened like this: As Brian stated on this tour the song '39 is about a man travelling in time, sort of his interpretation of the relativity theory and an invention of the time machine. As you all know '39 is on ANATO and so is Bohemian Rhapsody. Queen travelled back in time with their BoRhap video footage and changed the cover of Queen II before it had been printed. We now all hold the proof in our hands: Queen II with a photograph from 1975.
Amazing isn't it?
look it's simple (one last time)
in 1974:
Rock was hired to create the Queen II album cover, and was inspired by a still of the actress Marlene Dietrich from Shanghai Express a friend had given him. "Shooting Marlene Dietrich [must have been] a breeze," Rock explains, "because she was a consummate poser. But shooting Queen so delicately and perfectly took some doing."
then when queen rleased bo-rhap - they decided to bring the over of queen II to life....okay?
As someone already said, Queen II was the idea for the Bohemian Rhapsody video, as well as the idea that Queen was a live band and it shows that in the video that they are playing live not to an audience but on their rehersal stage.

In the Bohemian Rhapsody documentary, which was shown around last Christmas on the BBC, Brian said he loved the cover of the Queen 2 album and Queen wanted to bring the cover to life, which is why it is similar in the Bohemian Rhapsody video.

i really dont want to get this scientific, but you psychological trainwrecks force me to, so here it goes:
You explained how brian described the theory of relativity in '39. well, i have some news for you: einstein also proved it impossible to travel through time

I have been travelling through time since I was born - 1 secondat a time.

I'm sorry to say so but the "psychological trainwrecks" you are referring to are not mine. They must be credited to Brian, since they were his interpretation of what '39 is about.
By the way, whom do you believe more? Einstein or Brian?
;)
