I wasnt sure where to post this but I thought the people who would know would be in this forum rather than in Personal.
All my FLAC files now will not play on Winamp. I don't know why but it's only the FLAC files that won't play. So I was wondering if either you guys knew of another player to play FLAC files on or idealy if you knew a FLAC converter that would convert FLAC to any type of file that can be played on Windows Media Player.
Thanks.
I've got FLAC Frontend, which I downloaded for free the other day, and it decodes the files, so I can play it in WinAmp and Windows Media player. I don't know much about this type of thing, but I think it's a pretty good one, because I never have any problems with it, and it works pretty quickly. I found it off google somehow, so probably if you search for it, you'll find a link where you can get it.
Good luck!
By downloading Flac Frontend you should listen to Flac files in winamp again because Flac Frontend come with the plug-in for winamp. So try this little program it works very well.
You might take a look at link . Here you can find the flac encoder and flac plugin with library support. The flac-plugin works fine with me (Winamp 5.09). After install, restart Winamp and everything should work fine.
