-Mother Love
-Too Much Love Will Kill You
-Who Wants To Live Forever
-These Are The Days Of Our Lifes
-And yeah, A Winters Tale is a bit sad
-Love Of My Life
And I love em all!!!
Some may SOUND sad, But are actually quite hopeful/happy songs (like "These Are The Days..." for example). As for actual sad songs (lyrically speaking), "Mother Love", "Too Much Love Will Kill You", "No-One But You", and "Bohemian Rhapsody" all come to mind.
Holland!!! wrote: I think it's "You Take My Breath Away".
Me too.
I had this played at my wedding, so had good memories of the song, but when Freddie passed away this was playing on some news items as they were carrying his coffin.
- No one but you
- Too much love will kill you
- The show must go on
- Sail away sweet sister
- These are the days of our lives
- Who wants to live forever
- Save me
- Love of my life
They're mostly my favourites too though
Mother love
Who wants to live forever
Love of my life
The days of our lives
Teo Torriate
Winters Tale
To much love will kill you
No one but you
So sad :(
No-One But You (Only The Good Die Young)
Save Me
Sail Away Sweet Sister
Teo Torriatte (Let Us Cling Together)
Too Much Love Will Kill You
Who Wants To Live Forever
These Are The Days of our Lives
Love of my Life
Let's see:
Melancholy Blues
You take my breath away (I'm not married, but I would love to have it on my wedding night)
It's a hard life (not sad, sad, I think is the true life and now it fits me so well)
Is this the world we created?
Save me
No one but you
These are the days..
Without a doubt 'The Show Must Go On'
From the haunting guitar solo to the real emotion & effort in Freddie's vocals, I actually feel emotionally drained after listening to this song.
If they don't play it on the new tour at Hyde Park I think i'll stoem the stage :O)
Just because it's my theme song, I'd have to say "Somebody to Love." And, uh, "The Night Comes Down" generally gets me rather depressed. It's the guitars that do it. They have this sort of melancholy sound in that song. "It's a Beautiful Day" makes me sad because... well, you know. Why does any one part of Made in Heaven make us sad? Dear old Freddie is gone.
Queen, especially Freddie, had that incredible ability of writing very poignant songs. It's very hard to choose one song, so I could say:
-These are the days of our lives
-Too Much Love Will Kill You
-The Show Must Go On
-Don't try so hard
-You take my breath away
-Life is real
And the list could go on and on. I think it's better to say poignant instead of sad, because life wasn't sad for Freddie.

Teo Torriatte...without a doubt
Maybe thats only 'cause my grandma died. Hmmmm....
Ive gotta say , Dont Try So Hard , The Show Must Go On , Too Much Love Will Kill You, These Are The Days Of Our Lives, Dear Friends , All Dead, Lilly Of The Valley. In Only Seven Days too ... oh and Leaving Home Aint Easy.
I love Queen sad songs... I think that some songs on Made in Heaven album are the saddest Queen ever made, but they're also always full of hope. Like Mother Love, of course, and Too much love will kill you and A Winter's Tale.
No one But You is also very sad, as well as Who wants to live forever - this song is sad if you put it in the context of the movie Highlander.
