So long as he's not into erotic auto-asphyxiation. |

I'm not too excited about this either. I mean how much respect will anyone have for the one that is chosen? I doubt I'll watch it. |

...and in the autumn Queen are to follow. Watch out! :-)) |

Michael Hutchence rolls in his grave. |

I think the show is going to be huge... Let's face it INXS died a long time before Michael did... They haven't achieved success since 1994. The show will showcase songs of the band and bring back new life to a dead catalog. I don't think the tour really represents the winner... It will be more of a one year tour and then the winner will break off on his own. I would love to see Rockstar-Queen, because I think the earlier queen songs go un-noticed and could bring Freddie as well as the rest of the band back into the spot-light. I was lucky enough to see Queen twice live, that wasn't enough. I want the band to live on... L)p |

I was a fan of INXS, last couple great songs they did were ''Suicide Blonde'', ''Elegantly Wasted'', and especially ''Disappear''. Shame and stupid the way he died, but he was very talented and this is a laughable travesty to his memory and just a way for the remaining band members to cash in and ressurect their name. |

the Queen connection of course is the fact that two cast members of WWRY are in teh INXS competition the lone australian and the las vegas guy having seen one of them live-- i would watch just to see how they do **of course working nights that makes it very difficult** |

Also, since Zeni is such a stickler for the conventional rules of grammar and capitalization, I shall do my best to write in proper English. It is, after all, the write thing to do (ah, a clever pun)!I was looking through the info on him (Mig) posted on the CBS website and it said that Brian was doing some work with his band (Mignition). I wonder what type of work this is? |

*forgive me for i have sinned* Oh crap! *Forgive me for I have sinned* |

I think it's pathetic, all these reality shows are as well...we have the same crap here in Spain, I just don't understand what people see in it, sad...sad...sad..... |
| INXS 30.06.2005 20:34 |
It was a sad way to go, and I must say, was completely unexpected. I still think he had an amazing voice! My favourite songs are those as well, also like "Heaven Sent", "All Around", "Taste It" and "Searching"

| laughingpygmy 09.07.2005 12:55 |
Not so annoying... Monday Night 9:30 - 10:00 pm (mansion drama and song selection process) Tuesday Night 10:00 - 11:00 pm (Performances)voting begins ... Wednesday Night 9:30 - 10:00 pm (Results and vote off.) I think you will find that the show is a tribute to all of Rock and Roll. In an age where hip/hop and country are dominating the charts, this get's rock and roll (good songs) broadcast in primetime.... They are not bringing in amatures, they are bringing in talented people who audition for the roll. The fans don't pick the winner, they pick the bottom 3 and INXS themselves decide which of the 3 are eliminated. It is an audition that is televised not Rock American Idol. |

The only thing I like about that show is the ever so talented, HOT, excellent guitar playing one and only Dave Navarro is the host. I could listen to him play all day. What a talent. (Not hard on the eyese either.. ;) |

Somebody to love tonight If you watch last nights ep, you can see the lyrics for the songs posted on the wall, I saw Heart Shaped Box (by Nirvana, I believe), as well as Somebody To Love. Though, it could just be a shot of another time, but for sure we now know that STL and HSB will be played during this competition. I can't wait. |
| wstüssyb 12.07.2005 22:14 |
That red hair chick was pretty fucking good, singing do you want somebody to love, Marty as well...well it's only 20 min into the show and it seems OK...Missed it last night due to Hell's kichen going for 2 hours. |
| wstüssyb 12.07.2005 22:23 |
Whoa, Suzie was awesome in Call me..*Impressed* =-) |
| Ray D O'Gaga 12.07.2005 23:29 |
Several of them were really good, but I'm keeping it in the family and voting for MiG. |
| wstüssyb 12.07.2005 23:48 |
I didnt get to see Jessica play "I want you to want me" Wonder if it is on the net somewhere. I really love that song. Any ways, I voted for the chick that sang "Call me" |
