I have bidded (on eBay) for signed Queen GH LP and won. link
Now, this signiatures look authentic to me, and with the LP comes even the certificate of authenticity.
BUT, what do you think? Are these things most of the time authentic or is there a good chance to get a fake item?
Is there a way to check authenticy?

search google for an item/ or the signature itself of Queen, see if they mathc up!
A certificate of authenticity means nothing. I could make one on my computer. I would bet that less than 1% of Queen autographs on ebay are real. You could maybe find a real Brian or Roger autograph, but anything signed by Freddie or the entire band...in the same color marker.. Nope..not real.
Thanks for the answers!
They look real to me compared to various other signiatures. And that they are signed with one color marker - I think that this doesn´t mean that much, since color markers don´t cost a fortune, so anyone could buy atleast 4, if this would be beneficial for guarantee of authenticy. Well... I don´t know, I can just hope, that they are real :)
Btw, Ravenetta, where did you buy your signed album?
No way are they real at all.
Brian's signature is absolutely awful. I prefer his one now to the one he used to use back in the very early seventies, but even that one flowed much better. Roger's is utter cack, John's is too bunched together and wobbly, and Freddie's is ok, but it's a bit bunched up too.
Check different things, like album covers etc, sometimes they have prints of signatures - theres a good way to check. Also, link (Mr Scully's site) has plenty of pictures of fakes and originals to look at.
Mr. Scully replyed me just hours, after I have send him my e-mail, and he is sure, that this ones are fake!
So, thank´s to everyone for your effort, I really apprechiate this!
*Thank you*
Send the picture to Jacky Smith over e-mail - she'd reply you with the answer - it's one of her duties as I know (she confirmed a couple of Brian's autographs for me).

If you are in doubt about the authenticity of them why don´t you ask here before you place a bid and not after the auction has ended already? You could have saved a lot of money.
tilomagnet: I just won the bid, but I did not pay the LP yet - and do not plan to. Since the seller has a 30 day money back guarantee, I´ll try to use this option without paying and then sending it back.
Oh, btw., I kinda wanted it desperately ;) Maybe I´ll learn something from this...
I have two tour programs from the 70's that my cousin had autographed by the band when he toured with them and the John Deacon one looks authentic as does the "B" in Brians' name but their hard to see because of the black sharpie on the black bacground. THis is a tough call.

Yes, I hope you can solve that problem and don´t have pay for fake autographs.
By the way here is a list of people who apparently sell fake autographs on ebay frequently, maybe this could help you if you are still looking to buy some there:link
