I was at this show and it's still the benchmark. I 've seen many other great bands and at this particular show Queen made everyone else I have seen to this day seem like an amateur. If freddie had told us all to shave our heads we would have done, you had to be there. anyway pity this wasn't in lossless |

The sound quality is atrocious. Anyway, I was at this one too. 22 years ago: bloody hell! I don't remember either Danny Boy, Staying Power or ADATR 'outro'. Must be getting on a bit. Just pull a curtain round me and get out the Webley :) What I do remember is that Stone Cold Crazy nearly blew the roof off the RDS, which wouldn't be a bad thing as the acoustics there are minging. |
