Rumour wants that the Budapest gig was filmed for the future Queen + Paul Rodgers live DVD.
Any confirmation anyone that it indeed was filmed?
Hmmm... would be nice. They could put Budapest 1986 on as the bonus-disc?! ;-)
Budapest (concert + interviews with fans etc.) was filmed very briefly, almost certainly for the bonus disc of the Sheffield DVD. They had only 3 cameras (two digital cameras, one "normal" film camera) and they filmed only a few songs anyway.
I think in Brixton it wasn't the DoRo team, those were just normal TV cameras for TV broadcast and press agencies etc.
DoRos attended more gigs (Prague, Munich, Vienna, Leipzig for sure) but I didn't see them film anything except for Budapest.
Mr Scully, Do you know which songs were filmed was Long Away, Tavaszi Szel among them?
Let's hope so as I'm sure we will not be seeing Tavaszi Szel again on the Tour.
They did film most parts of the show - but mainly the crowd... - yes Taavaszi was filmed
but i would agree with mr.scully this is going to be just for the bonus-disc....
No i don't think we'll hear tavas sciel ever again except budapset :(
I was in first row and as i Saw most of the time when cammeras were around they recorded the audience and also they were on stage first half of the show!
I don't remember Tavaszi Szel being recorded but I didn't pay much attention to the cameras anyway. Rudi was recording (with one camera in each of his hands :-) a lot of GaGa/WWRY/WATC (mostly audience handclapping) plus there was a camera on the stage right behind Roger during the first couple of songs.
