I have Live At Wembley Stadium, but NOT Live Magic.
I know Live Magic is shorter...but I had heard that the tracks were from OTHER concerts than Wembley...If that's so, and it's any good I'll get it. But if they are all tracks from Wembley I wont buy a repeat.
Please let me know.
Live Magic has a mix of tracks from the "Magic" tour. Not sure where they are all from. I bought the LP when it came out and was sorely disappointed. Unless you are a completist I wouldn't recommend it.
no opera part in bo rhap, no Crazy little thing called love
no guitar solo in radio ga ga, only 1 verse in WWRY the bad points
now the high points
AKOM, and the best damn sounding Another one bites the dust ever(Knebworth) UP is ok, most songs are cut in bad places
The Majority of Live Magic is from Knebworth, and yes, they are edited very bad... I really wish they would have just skipped that particular CD and gone on to do a FULL release of Knebworth.. I agree with William, AOBTD is awesome..
Live Magic is a mix of Wembley, Knebworth and Budapest.
AOBTD is truly awesome. And the roar of the audience at Knebworth at the beginning is stunning. The rest of the album - forget it !
Live Magic wasn't released in the US until August of 1996. In technicality, it was Queen's 24th release in the US.
