Just a thought any spurs fans on here i see one or two footie fans and it would be different to speak about football on this forum as for liverpool what a match saturday thought we'd won when robbie keane scored then gerrard missed a penalty before hypia levelled it.
Yeah especially the second half i thought we were gonna lose but we held on for a pont which is better than none.
Yeah of course you're from holland martin jol has changed things much for the better since he took over as boss
Can you smell that European place Brenda? I know I can.
I confidently predict the full 9 points against West Brom, Villa (when I'll be at the Lane just to make sure) and Blackburn, and a couple of draws against Middlesbrough and the scum.
Liverpool have a got a very similar run-in to us, but obviously 2 of their games will be played after European ties, so we know what to expect there...
Who knows, maybe even 6th is possible this year? If only we had those 2 fucking extra points from when we actually beat Utd, it would be slightly less tense.
Martin Jol is the man.
You must be a happy man too Bohardy, I mean Banquo?
well they got rid of the ageing injury-prone midfield(redknapp, poyet, ziege, anderton) and brought in some young british players.
I like spurs, and Jol is a great man. I dunno what he was going on about when he had that rant at Dowie tho. "not fit to tie my bootlaces"
lol
In fairness, while Spurs should have been awarded a goal in the Utd game, over the course of the game they were lucky not to get hammered.
..and the Spurs fan I watched the game with agreed.
Yeah hopefully 7th place and keep getting the points from the remainding 5 games should have 3points aganist west brom at least a point aganist the scum ,villa, blackburn and middlesboro all winneable IMO so a possible 13points out of 15.
With the man u game totally agree 3points lost but rightly should have been dead and buried it was good job rooney van the man were injured.
With finally a side well capable of winning something and yes a midfield that's young and talented good strikers after years of pension grabbing, injury proned players we're finally on the up.
I thought Spurs defended quite valiantly against Man U.
Spurs are too hit and miss, occasionally they even look half decent, then they are back at their usual mediocre selves.
