There are a few official releases available:
Queen+Elton @ FMTC DVD and one from '97 on GH3.
The vid for the one from '97 is available with some of the WWRY re-issued GH1 CDs. The same vid is also on the VHS version of GF3.
Elton also has a solo version from his 'The One' Tour (I think that's right). It's on his live in Barcelona DVD.
