ANNOUNCE: ... it's Bliss! QUEEN + RODGERS @ Filaforum, Milan 05 April 2005
| Mr Mustard 10.04.2005 18:49 |
Good audience recording. Milano, Forum di Assago 05 April 2005. Forum's acoustic is not so good, so it's better call it: Queen+Filaforum. First track is audience finding that Zucchero is in the crowd. Second track is the one-minute silence for Pope's death. Third track is the pre-concert music. Just one interruption on Last Horizon, due to the changing of the first disc. I've repaired it making a collage with Brian May - Live at Brixton Academy's version. You can hear it between 2'15" and 2'25", approx. Source: Mini Disc SONY MZ-R90 Microphone: SONY ECM-MS907 File Size: 1.30 GB Includes Cover Art (front and back) CD 1 01. Zucchero 02. Il Papa 03. It’s A Beautiful Day Reprise / Lose Yourself 04. Reaching Out 05. Tie Your Mother Down 06. Can’t Get Enough 07. I Want To Break Free 08. Fat Bottomed Girls 09. Crazy Little Thing Called Love 10. Seagull 11. ’39 12. Love Of My Life 13. Hammer To Fall 14. Little Bit Of Love 15. I’m In Love With My Car CD 2 01. Brighton Rock Solo 02. Last Horizon 03. These Are The Days Of Our Lives 04. Radio Ga Ga 05. Feel Like Makin’ Love 06. It’s A Kind Of Magic 07. I Want It All 08. Bohemian Rhapsody 09. The Show Must Go On 10. All Right Now 11. We Will Rock You 12. We Are The Champions 13. God Save The Queen |

this was already posted here? well doesn't matter :P |
| Arnaldo "Ogre-" Silveira 10.04.2005 19:10 |
I don't think it is the same source, because the filesize is more than the double of the other one. Also, the older one does not cut in the middle of Lost Horizon, as far as I know. Cheers, Ogre- |
| Mr Mustard 10.04.2005 19:13 |
I haven't already heard the other one, but is not the same. This one came from my source. I cant'say wich is the best. Hope it'll worth it. :) |
| Fat Lizzy 10.04.2005 19:15 |
oh ok so this is a complete other file, didn't know that saw that its much bigger tho... ill download it tomorrow see what it's worth :D tnx for sharing this btw :D |
| djaef 10.04.2005 19:36 |
Thanks for this. It's always a pity about Italian audiences. They are always too noisy :)))) |
| scprof 10.04.2005 19:36 |
Can not get the file to open for BT. It comes up as and ASPX file? |
| Megamike The GREAT 10.04.2005 23:02 |
Mr. Mustard... Is the first 2 tracks played there as well? I am downloading this and will seed when finished as well.. thanks |
| Richard Orchard 10.04.2005 23:22 |
Hi, the tracks aren't compressed to flac or another lossless format. They are straight wav files. Hence the file size. I will sort out the FAQ / policies documentation. Nice to have multiple copies of concerts. The drought seems to be over. Thanks Mr Mustard Richard |
| lightspeedqueen 11.04.2005 02:40 |
Hello, how does this bittorrent work ? I downloaded it, but it doesn´t work. Any advice ? I use a Windows XP Hom Edition. |
| Fat Lizzy 11.04.2005 03:16 |
Great. |
| tirex 11.04.2005 03:22 |
I´m now at 20,7%....if the download is finished, i let it there for uploading long time enough... jesus is my english bad :-( |
| Richard Orchard 11.04.2005 03:24 |
Hi, There is 1 seeder and 45 leeches. Sometimes, the seeder in super-seed mode won't appear. Richard |
| Mr Mustard 11.04.2005 03:56 |
Hi, everybody. Hope you'll enjoy. Some replies: Yes. The format is Wav as for Macintosh users (as I am) didn't found a Flac compressor. For decompressions exist MacFlac, but no compression mode is inside. In Wav you get the exact size of the original format. Then: The first two track are not played. Just some curious pre-concert ambience sound. First track is audience finding that Zucchero is in the crowd. Second track is the one-minute silence for Pope's death. Third track is the pre-concert music. So you have a document of how it was beeing there. I like to be as conservative as it is possible. So it's not just another date. :) Last: Just one interruption on Last Horizon, due to the changing of the first disc. I've repaired it making a collage with Brian May - Live at Brixton Academy's version. You can hear it between 2'15" and 2'25", approx. For me, the first cut is ok. The second one is less perfect, but better then leave the hole in the song. I will seed for long. I usually leave the computer on for days. Then a short restart, maybe, but then always on. So don't hurry! :)) Nice listening. |
| Fat Lizzy 11.04.2005 04:00 |
Anyone got the concert already? How is the quality? Better than the other one posted here? Inform us :P |
| Richard Orchard 11.04.2005 05:28 |
Great stuff Mr Mustard. I feel sorry for Mac users. You are often left out. The other Milan on the site, unfortunatley, was in APE - with no Mac support at all. All future relases will probably be in FLAC so everyone can listen. |
| Megamike The GREAT 11.04.2005 09:53 |
I am listening to it right now and it is GREAT.. it has a better sound than the other Milan recording.. but this one has more crowd noise than the other. but that is to be expected.. THANK YOU THANK YOU. |
| meemoe 11.04.2005 11:20 |
One of the best live performances if IILWMC I've heard in a while. Including some of the 70s concerts |
| wesi72 11.04.2005 12:31 |
Thanks a lot! |
| skulz 11.04.2005 16:34 |
thanks, will grab this one as well |
| Arnaldo "Ogre-" Silveira 12.04.2005 07:41 |
This is going really slow, but I'll keep downloading it, since it is from a different source from the other Milano recording and people say the quality is very good. Thanks for sharing! Cheers, Ogre- |
| deleted user 12.04.2005 07:48 |
This is reallly great! Thanks for recording and sharing. The quality and performance are really excellent. |
| Mr Mustard 12.04.2005 07:59 |
Thanks to everyone who has the patience to download this 1.30GB! I didn't imagine it was so satisfactory to share something you work hardly on. I'm very pleased. Really. |
| Ride The Wild Wind 12.04.2005 08:20 |
Congratulations Mr Mustard, great recording. It seems that you have used a good microphone. In that place you were to the Filaforum? ...I hope to find one good recording also of the Pesaro concert... Final curiosity, you are from Italy? |
| Mr Mustard 12.04.2005 09:39 |
Sì. :)) Il modello del microfono è questo: SONY ECM-MS907 This is the microphone model. Ero sul lato destro della pedana. I was on the right side of the footbridge-stage. (Footbridge? Is that right? :))) |
| Arnaldo "Ogre-" Silveira 12.04.2005 10:00 |
I'm very pleased to know you're feeling good, Mr. Mustard! This is very important for us, and you guys that record and share are our heroes. I would kill for a chance to the gigs, but since I'm in South America and I have not won the lottery... no chance. So, what's left to me is the result of the hard work of nice guys like you. THANK YOU! Cheers, Ogre- (still anxiously downloading) :) |
| Megamike The GREAT 12.04.2005 10:36 |
After having downloaded both Milan shows I must say that this is far better than the other one and is VERY much worth the wait.. Thanks again.. I can't say this enough. |
| kalmark 12.04.2005 13:10 |
Just for your information Mr. Mustard: link This site links to various FLAC software for MacOSX, I think at least one of them has an encoder :) Thanks for sharing! |

| TMS 12.04.2005 14:45 |

| Arnaldo "Ogre-" Silveira 16.04.2005 07:13 |
I'm stuck at 60% with this one. I'm very curious about it, because aparently the quality is very good! Seeds, anybody? Cheers, Ogre- |
| Elessar 16.04.2005 15:37 |
10.4% done, 4 days remaining....yay. I started this at the same time as Brixton which finished two days ago, and Basel and Barcelona which finished yesterday. Any chance of more seeders? I have an ANNOUNCE coming soon...a nice big massive 4GB one. |
| TieYourMotherDown 16.04.2005 19:41 |
Still downloading this one, it's going VERY slowly, I've been on it for days and only got 35%. There's quite a few of us who would really appreciate some seeds. My Upload/Download Size is 160%, so I'm certainly seeding as much as I can. |
| misonorottoilcazzo 17.04.2005 04:55 |
Please, post this bootleg with yousendit.com!!! BitTorrent is shit!!! Please!!! |
| AC 17.04.2005 05:01 |
BitTorrent is not shit. Se ti sei rotto il cazzo, vai da qualche altra parte a ascaricare... |
| Arnaldo "Ogre-" Silveira 17.04.2005 08:52 |
Now that's a nice reason for not using English in (all of) a post :D |

| Elessar 17.04.2005 10:46 |
Thanks to all the new seeders - there are at least 8 now. I've been crawling along at 1kbps for the last 4 days but now it's whizzing along at 30+ :-D |

| We Are The Champions 15.07.2005 14:23 |
Agonisingly close to completion..99.5%. A seeder is needed now. Thanks in advance. |
| Crazy LittleThing 16.07.2005 21:34 |
Can someone seed please? 99.6 and holding . . . thank you! |
| lord_bumbury 17.07.2005 17:09 |
H-E-L-P!!! 25 of us are stuck at 99,6% :( Is there interest in a MP3-formatted copy of this? It is a bootleg and I don't believe the quality will lose something from the conversion... If someone says "yes" I'll convert it as soon as possible. Good Night from Bremen, Lord Bumbury. |
| lord_bumbury 19.07.2005 03:25 |
Mr Mustard could you only seed for 10 more minutes, and then I will change the format and make this great concert available for people with lower bandwidth. Thank you! Lord Bumbury. PS: I wrote this only to put the topic above the discussion on "breaking promises". |
| Crazy LittleThing 22.07.2005 20:58 |
Mr Mustard wrote: Sì. :)) Il modello del microfono è questo: SONY ECM-MS907 This is the microphone model. Ero sul lato destro della pedana. I was on the right side of the footbridge-stage. (Footbridge? Is that right? :)))Mr Mustard: I think you mean "catwalk" or "runway." "Runway" is actually the correct term. A catwalk is usually up near the ceiling where the lighting rigs are. It's called a "catwalk" because it's so high above the floor. People use both terms to describe the part of the stage that comes out into crowd. Grazie . . . |
| Stonie 23.07.2005 03:30 |

I KNEW I should have left this one open this morning! WATC: Any chance you might be able to please seed this for awhile after 6:00 PM Eastern time? I'd really appreciate it if you have the ability to do so. Cheers! Cindy |
| We Are The Champions 02.08.2005 13:09 |
That's 23.00 hrs GMT- 18.00 Eastern time. I'm seeding right now and there are 6 seeders!! I'll be watching SKY TV at 23.00 but if I get bored I'll seed instead!! Usually go off line at around 17.00 Eastern Time. Spend enough time on my PC anyway during the day! Keep checking the torrent...you might and will probably find other seeders at various times who are more than willing to help you. Good luck and enjoy the gig when you have completed the download. |
| Crazy LittleThing 02.08.2005 14:26 |
Thanks WATC . . . can't get to my PC for another 4 hours or so, but a word to the other evening rush-hour drivers on the road in the DC-Metro area tonight: don't get between me and my house! ;-) Just kidding. Thanks again. |
| Crazy LittleThing 02.08.2005 18:39 |
To quote Homer Simpson: "Woohoo!" Got it! FINALLY! Thanks to We Are The Champions and the others, whomever seeded it for him/her, and whomever is seeded it now. It took less than five minutes for me to get the final .4%, and as soon as it finished I already had a share ratio of 140. I've got this set to seed for the next 24 hours. If you miss it and want it, please let me know and I'll make it available. Thanks again. Roger37: I hope you got it too! If not, let me know. ;-) |
