I´m looking from the Argentina 81 QTV DVDR version, somebody knows where we can find, trade or buy this DVD bootlegs from QTV ? who are QTV? thank you. link
I believe QTV is a 'mock' TV Station run by the Fan Club at the Annual Conventions. They broadcast shows on this channel, Argentina 1981 was one of those shows and someone obviously recorded it from the QTV Channel onto video and then circulated the video.
There are also QTV versions of Hyde Park 76, Paris 79, and Sao Paulo 81, seemingly in the best quality possible. Buenos Aires is my favourite of the four. A million thanks to Kevo for originally sharing these amazing DVDs, but strangely enough, they haven't appeared on many collector's lists yet.
Yeah the QTV versions seem to be the ultimate in quality, i've been trying to locate a low gen qtv hyde park for ages but still no luck. The Screenshots on kevo's website look stunning, as close to broadcast quality as is probably possible without having the opportunity to plunder queen productions vaults.Wonder how he got hold of those?jammy sod!
i got the argentina 81 and hyde park vcd... if anyone wants to trade mail or addme at msn :P
ps: if you got the vcd you can convert it to dvd format... use avi2dvd (google)
It doesn't make any sense to convert VCD to DVD. You would still have the same quality as on the VCD, which is a lot worse than mpeg2 what is used on DVDs. Get the DVD versions of both (nearly 4GB) and don't make any "fake" DVD versions from VCD...
Yeah I've got a vcd version already but I'm really after a dvd version with better resolution, in fact a friend was in the middle of downloading the easytree dvd but of course now easytree is no more.Last time I tried to get a good version in a trade I ended up losing a rare queen book in the post.I'm begining to think I'm jinxed!
Both Hyde Park 76 and Bueanos Aires 81 DVDs from the QTV versions are indeed very nice! All dvds of those are at least VG, so very enjoyable. I don't know much about the Sao Paulo 81 QTV version yet.. If it is really a nice one and complete, then I would really looking forward to it!

Since they're bootlegs, the difference in quality from DVD to SVCD is barely noticeable, if at all. Trade requests are welcome.
So its you that ruins the integrity & we all see crap in 5 years.......barely noticable....MY ARSE
Google a bit will ya
Pixel size,amount of pixels,about 5000kbps lower birate...LOSSY!!!!
No difference.......twat
I have both Argentina and Hyde Park (81 min) QTV versions, both look quite low gen and Hyde Park doesn't seem to be converted from VCD or SVCD at all (I encountered no pixelisation which occurs when VCD resolution video is upconverted to DVD resolution).
Anybody interested can contact me on sepici@gmail.com

Yeah, that was over a year ago. I was ripping from DVD to svcd, only because I didn't have a DVD burner at the time. No need to call me a twat. It's not like I reburned them to DVD.
I said the quality difference was minimal, because from a visual perspective, most people wouldn't notice the difference, and would thus show an interest. Nowhere did I imply I was polluting the tradepool. If someone else chooses to reburn them to DVD, that certainly wouldn't be my fault.
This is the link for the Argentina QTV DVD link
I have the Hyde Park QTV DVD, I can share it here if you want to. Both are PAL, with a bitrate of 6.0 and beyond!
